Love the women that has the short hair great long massage and pedicure does my no chip and does a wonderful job

This place sucks. After waiting nearly 2 hours the lady gave me the worst no chip and acrylics of my life + she continuously messed up and even cut my finger! I had a similar bad experience about a year ago & decided to give them one more chance. BIG MISTAKE!

This place is always the slowest. They only have two ladies working and running the cash register. They also NEVER say hi to you when you walk in or bye or thank you when you leave. I’ve been here many times with the same experience, but this time I will not be returning.

This place employs the most kindhearted and talented people I have ever met. Does this salon serve champagne? No. However, they bend over backwards for their customers. I have been going to them for 15 years. Even though I moved, I make the 40 minute commute just for them. One bad experience is not enough to tarnish a business’ name. Voice your concerns and Tina will take care of it. I will never get my nails done anywhere else.

AVOID… AVOID…AVOID! Worst place I have ever been to in my life. They have no clue what they are doing. They painted all over my skin and my no chip bubbled in less than 24 hours. What a waste of my time and money.

Reading the negative reviews here I am pretty surprised. Been going here for years and they are extremely CLEAN. At least 7 years experience here and never had a problem. Acryllics, Pedicures and more. They are excellent at customer service and even when busy they are up front to say it maybe a longer wait. As for Pedicures and Chairs all 6 chairs are brand new with massage and comfortable padding. They bleach out the foot spas after each treatment. Don’t know about the negative experiences here but this place is customer friendly, clean and comfortable, try them before you count on the reviews here at all, mine too! Ask for Tina.

The best place to go for nails around! I will tell ya why ! I had a friend doing my French mani, and I was paying here — she bumped every apt on me– making me miss a lot of time, having awful nails on spec occasions! NOW #1 nails– I have Tina who does my ink n whites, she listens to EVERYTHING I ask– and maes sure I am happy. She is careful and does beautiful work, sometimes adding a sweet little design on a nail or 2 AND the price is AFFORDABLE! I walked in one Friday evening at 7 pm asking when I could get appt, they took me IMMEDIATELY (1^st visit), and then when I saw Soann doing Pedi’s she was more than happy to fit me right in that very night– and trust me it ain’t a quickie, she treats ALL her customers with care & again, she listens to what you want, helps you choose color and massages your fee ankles and calves asif you were her best customer! And again, VERY AFFORDABLE! I have gone now 4 – 5 times and I always leave happy! I have never waited mroe than 5 min to get started on, of course I go in the evening– tehn again, how many shopsdo YOU know that would take u at 5 minutes notice AND stay open late to serve you. The placemaybe be a bt dusty after a long day of nails etc… but at night, it ALL gets cleaned bc their days are packed full, and every pedi chair is taken :) I just met these ladies that first Friday nite I walked in, I called today for my mani/​pedi and asked to brining my mom in too, NO PROBLEM they said, what time you like to come? best customer care and Tina & Soann are lovely sweet ladies who will ALWAYS get my business! I did have my eyebrows done once, Its quick, and way less expensive than I have seen in other salons etc… #1 Nails ROCKS!

Avoid this place at all costs! I should’ve left the second I sat down and realized the pedicure chair was broken and started looking around. The place is filthy and the tools are NOT clean.
I went here on a Wednesday for a gel fill & pedicure. The girl used «no chip» polish over my gel & it looked great… Until Saturday. It started to chip on one nail & by Sunday FOUR nails were peeling. I went back to get a refund (just for the cost of the fill) and they refused. The girl (Kelly I think was her name) was VERY rude. Nowhere does it say they don’t offer refunds and clearly I don’t want them fixing them since I’m positive the same thing will happen.
Thank God I have a great bank and they are reversing the charge.

I went here for the first time this past weekend. I was looking for a new nail salon and I live very close to the shop, so I wanted to try them out. I got a pedicure and a full set of nails with the gel. First off, they had a good selection of colors to choose from, I saw several that I liked, I almost couldnt make a decision. So that was good. The pedicure that I had was GREAT! It was pretty lengthy, longest I’ve ever had. I had the guy (dont know his name) but he was really good. He did a really cute daisy design on my big toe and then one on my pinky fingers to match. We’ll see how these nails hold up that will be the true testimate to my review!

I used to go here — but I stopped. It’s not that they did such a horrid job on the nails (acrylics at the time), but the place smelled like chemicals and their customer service left something to be desired. There are better places for the price.

This is where I used to get my nails done. They kinda rush a little but the finish product is pretty awesome. I’ve gotten mani/​pedi, acrylics, and gels. The massages included in the mani/​pedi are longer than I’ve ever had. A big plus. The only downside, sometimes they shoot my crazy ideas down. WTF?!
They also do waxing here. I would recommend T (Yea that’s her name). She’s never f’d up my brows.
I don’t know why, every time I get my nails done I feel like a million bucks!

This is a pretty good place to get your nails done, depending on who does them. I usually get a pink and white, so I get the only one who knows how to do that. And she is really good. The prices are average. I paid $ 25 for a full set of acrylic, but when I get a pink and white fill, it is usually in the 40s. They do spray the tubs after each use, but do not pull the screens off and disinfect. I have never had a pedi there because of that. But watching them do a pedi, they really look like they do an awesome job. I’ve almost folded, but too scared.
They would have gotten one more star, but sometimes they seem to be super rushed and pawn you off. I always want the same lady when I go. Today she gave me a cockamamie story to try and have the lady who makes your fingers bleed do my full set. I said I’d wait or come back, so she ended up taking me and her story fell through.
I’d quit going, but she does a really nice job. So nice that I could almost get away without a fill for three weeks.
The girl who waxes your eyebrows does a great job. They are always even.
