Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. Raul was amazing. He fixed my problem, gave good advice about how to maintain my gas fireplace, and recommended good alternatives for possible future replacement of various components. I would DEFINITELY have Nicholas Chimney service my gas fireplace again.

It’s been many years since I had my chimney cleaned. with 2 pets in the home, it was definitely time to do so again. From my initial phone contact to the completed job, I was totally satisfied. The customer service agent is well-​versed in the operation and answered all questions very efficiently. I asked for Elvis to do the work. He’s great and well trained. He’s been with Nicholas for a very long time. He is honest in his inspection of the work needed. He did a super job.
The chimney is clean as a whistle. Would certainly recommend them and look forward to hiring Nicholas company again.

We have used this service for several years to clean our gas fireplace and dryer vent. They have been timely (today they called to ask if they could come early), efficient and neat. Despite my two wild dogs, they completed to projects quickly. Happy to leave a great review for a great service.

They did a good job repairing a leak in a vented gas fireplace. Do not remember the price — the sense of relief probably outweighed any concern about price. I called them back a year later for a price estimate on for sweeps of my conventional fireplaces. Way overpriced, probably because it’s a brick-​and-​mortar store with overhead. For something a low tech as a chimney sweep, it makes sense to go with a singleton outfit, which is what I did.
