Been going there for a year now since I work around the corner. I didn’t notice how bad it was until I went to a different one recently. The flavor is lacking. Just this week they put wilted lettuce on it that had some brown. Service misses some times. I’m not sure about the older lady that works there because I have to repeat myself to her every time. I can’t be fore sure it was chipotle because I ate other things that day, but I got sick the day after I ate there on December 30th, 2015. I was laid up with stomach cramps for 3 days and it lingered for weeks. Please let me know if anyone else ate there around that time. PM me.

I have now placed 2 online orders for pick up and both times have been a disaster. The first time I went to pick up my food a little later than the pickup time I selected. The food wasn’t ready. I then watched a whole line go through and get their food and leave, still waiting for my ordered ahead food. They hadn’t even made it yet. We spoke to the manager and she basically said«sorry, i don’t know what to tell you.» Today, my coworker and I both ordered salads online for pickup. We get back to work and she opens up hers and it’s literally just corn, tomatoes and beans. There is no lettuce in her salad! Mine barely had lettuce and neither of us had salad dressing. Plus the salads were runny and wet. The times I have been the staff at the register seem a little confused. I will never go to this location again. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to.

The one star ratings of this Chipotle are not a joke. I never write reviews, only when I feel it’s warranted to… But this place deserves it. They skimp on meat and other things, are regularly out of at least one item, and shuffle you through the line as quickly as possible. If you can avoid this Chipotle for another one, do it.

I had been avoiding all Chipotle restaurants based on the bad national press as of late, but I had a free coupon that was to expire on 12÷31÷15. That being said, I wish I had read these reviews on my phone before stopping in on New Years Eve. I looked at the containers of meat, hardly any was there, but they were cooking fresh chicken on the grill. The cook said it would be ready in a couple of minutes if I wanted to wait. I said, «Of course.» Another guy came from the back, put on his gloves, and almost tried to put the old chicken in my bowl, until I let him know I was waiting for fresh chicken. To his credit I did get a generous portion of chicken, but when it came time to put the guacamole on, there was hardly any in the container. He said, «I can scrape some out for you»…AREYOUKIDDINGME? AREYOUTOOLAZYTOGOGET A NEWCONTAINEROFGUACAMOLE? Since I had hot, freshly grilled chicken I decided to let the guac go this time. Plus it is NYE and I really wanted to get home to watch the college football playoffs. Lesson learned, next time I’m in the area and want a Chipotle bowl, I won’t come here.

I love chipotle and this is my first time at this location. Customer service is horrible! I was so close to flipping out on the female taking my order because she didn’t crack a smile one bit. You work in an environment where you come in contact in people everyday. Come on… And they skimp on everything.

Was wondering if all the single-star ratings was some prank or competitor trolling until I visited, myself. Worked late tonight, so was in a rush to pick up something quick and get home for a game. Got home, started eating and I immediately knew something was«off.» The carnitas was dry and flavorless, unlike its ever been. Yet somehow, overall, it was almost as if someone poured a couple ounces of water into my burrito bowl. It was wet and cold. This was topped off with the fact that they were«out» of chips. So no chips and guac. to make up for the bowl I had to throw out. I’ve never had«bad» Chipotle, but I guess there’s always a first. Bleh. Surprisingly clean inside establishment though. Slow, but polite staff tonight as well.

Eek! Methinks ABSOLUTELYNOT! Zero stars!!! After a long day and heading out for an über late lunch, a co-worker and I decided on this Chipotle. It’s walking distance from our office and we’d both been craving this since Tuesday. I have to say, this place has the WORST customer service, it is not very clean and the food was questionable because of how it was handled. The line: There was not a long line but my co-worker and I waited about five minutes before we could place our order. A random customer walked up(to the register after previously ordering and paying and asked for 8 tortillas. All of which needed to be warmed. And so we waited. And waited.) Seriously??? Meanwhile, the fricking grill is burning! I mean black and caked with food residue. One employee(see attitudinal nose ring chic below) continues to yell, «ya’ll don’t smell that?!?» I’m like is this happening? Finally a guy comes out with chicken and simply tosses it on top of the burning grill without scraping or cleaning. That should have been my cue to exit stage left… The food: I opted for a burrito against my better judgement. I usually go for the bowl because I cannot finish the burrito. It’s not good once reheated later with sour cream and such. Anywhoo, I’m simple. Chicken burrito, easy rice, pico, sour cream, cheese… and guac on the side. Well, in between not paying attention to my request and dropping tortillas on the floor, the lady put guac on my burrito. And an inordinate amount of it might I add!!! So much guac that she could NOT close the burrito. She was so frazzled that she could not fold my burrito that she ran off to get another tortilla. Why? I’m not sure. So I told the other lady — an attitudinal chic with a hoop nose ring(which I immediately thought was highly unsanitary) that I requested guac on the side. Oooweee, she had the WORST disposition. After repeating myself 3 times and her pretending to not hear me, she balled up the burrito and tossed it in the trashy without acknowledging me and told the other lady she needed to redo it. Um… ok…So I stand there(having already paid) and no one remaking my burrito. Did I mention it was already 2:30pm and I was on the verge of hangry(hungry+angry = hangry)!!! I’m like can I PLEASE get a chicken burrito? I did not want to cause a scene… but I was thinking… don’t push me because I’m close to the edge. :-/Don’t treat me like I’m holding up the line after I waited two and a half days for you to even ask me what I wanted when we were next in line! The frazzled chic starts to remake my burrito. Meanwhile, the attitudinal nose ring chic is slamming food, and keeps picking up my NEW burrito the frazzled chic is attempting to remake and tossing it to the side(as if it’s in the way). Um, ma’am, I’ve already paid. Please stop with the nasty attitude. Meanwhile my poor co-worker is patiently standing off to the side gripping her burrito for dear life. LOL! It was really unpleasant and I’d never ever return. There was never an apology for having a customer jump in front of us and never an apology for the screw up of my order. It’s hard to believe such a popular chain has such horrible reviews. But clearly there is a lack of responsible management which is unfortunate. This place stays crowded during the lunch hour. Two thumbs and eight fingers down!!! Don’t even bother!!!

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The customer service is horrible. The cashier acted like I was from another planet because I asked for hot sauce with my chips. She gave me the change from a $ 20.00 bill wadded up in a ball. I have never had such terrible service from a restaurant in my life. This is the second time I have had a horrible customer service experience at this location. I think I have learned my lesson, I will never come back. Chipotle, you have officially lost a customer thanks to this location.

This location had been on my radar for a while, partly because I just could not believe a Chipotle had an overall single star rating. I was willing to chop it up to few reviews and maybe Tyson’s snobbery. Well we were on our way to networking event nearby and decided and stop and give them a try. I was honest with the hubby and disclosed the bad reviews and my curiosity. I was determined to give them at least three stars — maybe they were not a great Chipotle but I was set on thinking they were OK. There was no line and we went straight up. I ordered a salad base and decided to veggie because, well, guac. I asked for the light salsa and a little bit of the hot stuff. I ended up with as much hot as mild but I was still determined to like this place. I was served a lot of guac! Despite having walked in together and been talking to each other the check-out woman(manager?) did not seem understand that we were together but still I was OK. I think this was the first time I ever had to ask to buy a drink. We decided to sit outside. After I sat down I realized I did not have the salad dressing(one of favorite things about Chipotle) but no worries still OK, I would go and ask for some, right? & here is where they lost my ability to eek out a 3-star rating.(Mind you hubby was already giving it a thumbs down and part of the reason we were sitting outside was because he felt uncomfortable). So I went back up to the register and asked for dressing for my salad. & then it happened, she said she was out of dressing, crossed her arms, and turned away, not to another customer just away from me. All I needed was a ‘sorry about that’ or something… Remember all that guac? Well it was lacking. It was just mashed avocado(& not particularly flavorful avocado) but there was no real taste. Also, the corn salsa was not a salsa at all, it was just corn and while I like corn I was hoping for a little more flavor. This Chipotle is right next to two other locations, a Roti and a Chick-fil-a, or if you are really in a Chipotle mood there is one on 123 in Vienna, another in Tyson’s, Merrifield, City of Falls Church, etc. but unless some things change I would not come here.

First Chipotle that I’ve had a bad experience. The staff were inhospitable to customers and were very slow to serve. Took over 15 minutes of waiting before I was able to order. Chipotle needs to do a deep dive on this location. Seems that the quality of talent behind the counter are lacking and could use a lot of training.

Ugh… this place is actually the worst. I would give it 0 stars, if possible. I went in today around 11:15AM. You would think that they would all their burrito ingredients filled to the top of their container, but no. I felt as if it was the old leftovers from the previous day. There were only 2 people working from what I could see: the line worker & the cashier. 2 things went so wrong for me that I will never go there again. I got a salad bowl & normally I don’t get dressing, but I asked for it today. The person preparing my bowl looked at me as if i’m speaking another language. I decided to skip it, so I told him that if they didn’t have it, I could pass on it. Then… HESHRUGGEDATME! He didn’t even give me a «yes» or «no» response, but a shrug. I’m sorry that I have inconvenienced you by asking for dressing. Next time, please check for me before you give me a half-assed response. Mind you, there was no one else in line. I was the ONLY one ordering. Then I went home, and started to eat it when I found a piece of hair. A LOOONNNNGGG piece of hair just came out of my food. I was disgusted and immediately threw it out. Never in my years of going to Chipotles have I ever experienced this amount of dissatisfaction. My recommendations? AVOIDTHISPLACE. Find another Chipotle to go to where the food is tastier/cleaner and the customer service is superb.

Very poor customer service. Would drive to go to the other Vienna location and avoid this one. Ordered via fax on a Saturday for 30 people. When I called to confirm the order was received they said they couldn’t do it because they had too many orders and I had ordered for too many people. Say what? In return, I replied, so if 30 people walked into your store, you would deny them service and food? That got me put on hold. The supposed manager came back on and said, yes they can fulfill the order. But 1.5 hours later than when I requested. Totally understandable. Back to being on my good side. The order came and multiple orders were incorrect, sides were not included… upset people was the outcome. Called to say orders were incorrect and that I’m sending someone to pick up correct orders. Asked if they would throw in some free chips and salsa for the hassle. Was told I would have to pay for them. Thanks for going the extra mile and keeping me as a customer(insert 90’s style, NOT!).

1. I was confused when walking in. There is no signage saying where to order, where the line forms, where to pick up or pay. 2. Bad customer service. I ordered salad and staff kept asking me what kind of rice I wanted(If you put rice on salad, might as well order a bowl, am I right?!). Also, I had to ask for salad dressing THREE times(with the word ‘please’) before they literally«threw» it in my to-go bag. No greetings, no thanks, no smiles. What do they get in return? No coming back! Thank goodness there are so many Chipotle in Tysons area. I will go to others in any given day.

Ughgh Second chance. Waste of time. Old guy with an extreme attitude who gives you half a scoop of everything. When askes was he having a bas day he said«yea he has to work on the weekend”(you applied for this job MR!) Staff are not trained –Line backs up — oh and dont order a burrito UNLESS you want 3 different staff attempting to wrap it and watch all your feeling ooze out. Oh and once they cant get it dump it all in a new burrito and try again :(. The food still just has that cold bland feel. The atmosphere is farrr off from any other chipotle. I know its a chain but this place is brand new ! They need to shut down and try again !!! I will go to tysons corner mall from Now on its worth the extra few minutes drive.

Worst Chipotle in the DMV. I have gone to this location three times to give it a fair chance. I will never go back. Food: I love chipotle, but this places food tastes a little different. Service: the old dude serves out the smallest portions of food out of any of the other Chipotles in the area. He was also very rude and looks like he hates his job. He must be a cheap owner because they also obviously have never had enough staff to keep the line moving or have the food fully stocked. Do yourself a favor and go to the chipotle at the mall right down the street.

If it weren’t for the brand spanking new location that looks awesome, this would be a one star review. Came here for lunch on a Saturday to use our free burrito coupons, received as a promo for purchasing a sofritas burrito a month ago. Stood in the line contemplating what to get. This location, like many others isn’t currently serving their carnival(pork) due to supplier issues — props to corporate for standing by their morals and uphold the standard Chipotle is known for. We ordered a salad and a bowl. We we’re quickly moved through to the meat section, I didn’t have time to order a little rice on my salad as I like. Once at the toppings section, we bagan ordering. These people don’t give you a chance to make specific requests. After ordering one salsa my bowl was passed along, I can’t imagine I’m the only person who likes to get two types of salsa. The phrase«a little» has no meaning here. When it came to complete our order we were told we couldn’t use the two coupons for one transaction — two burritos, two coupons, two customers? Doesn’t make sense. So we asked to split orders and were then able to use both coupons. The food at every Chipotle tastes almost identical so the main differentiator is service, which is subpar at this location.

Wow, really, really slow service. I’d give it couple more weeks before venturing here. It looks like the servers are still learning their craft in rolling a burrito. The burrito of the guy in front of me could not be wrapped with a single tortilla so they had to get another tortilla to finish the job. Felt bad for the guy taking our orders as he kept burning his fingers on the tortilla grill. After paying, we were given trays that still had lots of water on it. Didn’t even bother wiping it for us. Just plopped our food on top of it. Hopefully they’ll get their act together.
