Spring Valley Lake Cleaners

This is a horrible dry cleaners, the customer service is just as disgusting as the dry cleaning they claim to do. This place deserves no stars. I took a child’s size 5T peacoat to be cleaned and they charged me $ 18. That was high but would of been fine paying that if it actually got cleaned. I took it back to be redone and it came back another week later looking exactly as it did when I dropped it off. Half the people in there can’t speak English, so when I asked for a refund since nothing was done. They had to call someone for me to talk to. The lady was rude and just said it was sent out 3 times and that’s the best they can do. I asked to be reimbursed and she said no and claimed they cleaned it. Look at my attached pictures you can see that this does not look like something that was cleaned 3 times.

Went here to have my wedding dress altered and it turned into an absolute disaster. After calling and being assured they could fix the dress in my two week time frame, i decided to use SVLC. When I came the first time to have the dress pinned for alterations the man who did it was not the one doing the alterations. It was his wife, this was told to me after the fact. When I came back a week later, the dress was completely botched. 2.5 inches too much from the top and the hips were completely uneven, Dirt was all over the dress, and the seams inside were completely off. Then the man (manager) told me to come back two days later to see the actual seamstress. In a panic of not having a salvaged dress I purchased a new dress.
When I came back to try the dress on for the seamstress she was not there again. I then told the manager to take out all the stitching that had been done and return the dress to the original condition and we’ll call it even. When I came back to pick up my dress the day after my wedding, it was even worse. More dirt marks, snags, uneven sewing, and horrible customer service.
Then after everything they had the nerve to offer me 50% off dry cleaning of the dress.
I cannot believe people can stay in business like this.
A word to the wise, find a different cleaner

Won’t be looking for another dry cleaner/​tailor. Great prices, quick service, friendly lady.

Amazing work! Took a wedding dress in here on a rush last minute. Her work was AMAZING
