SERVPRO of Victorville/Adelanto/Victor Valley

We called Servpro of Victorville to help after a kitchen fire that left smoke and soot absolutely everywhere… Rick and his team are experienced, professional and provided us excellent customer service. They proved to be reliable, hard working and listened to our main areas of concern.
I highly recommend them and would use them again if the need arises!

I would not recommend this company at all they are horrible! mother inlaws house caught fire last year and servpro came out and got all their stuff and took it too their storage. They had problems with them the whole time. Not returning calls had attitudes. This went on for for about 8 months while her house was being fixed. Once they where able to move back into their house servpro brought back all the stuff that was supposed to be in their stoage. stuff was either broken, missing or they even got back other people’s items like pictures and other things. Some of the things that where broke where antique item that could not be replaced. Stuff that was missing was jewelry. Come to find out they hire day labors per owner or whoever my mother in law spoke too. So of course the day labors don’t give a damn about someone’s items they prob just want a quick buck. I could go on for days about how horrible this company is. My mother in law should have never gone through this in their time of stress of their home catching fire

We had to use them for a house fire in December and at first they were awesome and so helpful then as time went on they began to go slower, everyday they had Less and less people show up, and then they stopped showing up when said they were goin to be there. People started having attitude and being rude. We did like 75% of the work. They said it was goin to be a 20 to 30 day job and it still isn’t completely done. They r horrible. The insurance company was easier to deal with and more servpro was. Do not use them!!!

Called them at 12:30 am to ask for a service call after someone put a brick through the window. They called back at 12:50 and said their board up person was let go and it wasn’t worth it to them to have some one come out and board up the window. Do it our self and they will be more than happy to replace the window tomorrow. Really who tells a customer your not worth the trouble of an emergency service call when it’s what they are in business to do. This company sucks!
