I’m old, retired and know absolutely nothing about domestic stuff, however, after meeting the staff at Moore’s, especially Diane at the Victorville store, I might take on new challenges regarding garment repair now as they come up. Thanks Diane you are a real asset to Moore’s.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to the staff at Moore’s Sewing in Victorville. I have been an extremely satisfied customer since 2008. I have purchased a total of 7 machines from them and I am extremely happy. Brenda, Diane, and Andrea are 5 star employees that deliver quality service every time. Brenda just assisted me in solving an issue I was experiencing with my machine and she was patient and understanding. They always greet you like their friend. I am a forever customer. I have actually been a Moore’s customer since 1980 in their Orange County store!!! Don’t go anywhere else if you are looking for quality machines with quality service.

Wow, definitely a 5 star rating! The Brother Hoop class today was by far one of the best classes I have ever had! Andrea, was very knowledgeable on the Brother Embroidery unit! Great Service! I highly recommend this store. I traveled from La Quinta (and it was well worth it) and I will go back again. Thank you!

Diane was so helpful today. I took my Singer in to them to see what was wrong with the bobbin and she helped fix it, and replaced the light bulb, sold me some oil so I could continue to maintain the 1955 sewing machine that was my mother’s, and had me up and out of there with a smile in no time. She was so friendly and helpful — I will definitely continue to do business with Moore’s in the future!

I recently took my simplicity vacuum cleaner in for service and repair. I am 100% satisfied with the work done — general service, hose replacement, and new power cord. Moore’s is your go to shop for vacuum cleaner repair and service!

So excited to get my brother 4750. Have been searching for a machine for awhile,. I’m a newbie sewer so a little uncertain. I live in hunt beach and called moores victorville on a whim for info. So glad i did!!! Brenda’s warm enthusiasm is infectious! She is so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. After we spoke all my uncertainty melted away. Bought machine sight unseen because of her customer service. I knew this is where i wanted to invest my money. I know im on good hands. Every store would be lucky to have a brenda representing its business. Thank you brenda!

I’m all about service. They have a great stock and even classes but good luck learning about them because they speak to you like old southern women. Bless your heart and try to brush you off. You’d be better off with google or YouTube trying to get a question answered. They will hardly even look at you when you’re talking either. I’m giving them 2 stars only because the stock is good and if you aren’t young I’m sure they might actually try and treat you like a person. I’m truly disappointed, but not everyone likes to talk to people I guess.

I have purchased 4 machines from Moores over the past 6 or 7 years: 3 embroidery and a serger. I still own and use them all and Moores keeps them serviced and running well for me. My husband and I own a business and I do all the embroidery work for our uniform shirts, caps, aprons, and sweatshirts (approximately 20 dozen shirts and 6 dozen hats at a time). The staff is always friendly and very helpful when I go in even when it’s months between purchases. The new store is very accessible and lovely inside. It’s a great place to shop!
