Had to get some new boots before 2015 ended! They were pretty busy for New Year’s Eve and nobody was able to personally help me today but normally they do. All of the employees here are so sweet and nice. They are friendly to my kids when they come in with me. I know it’s annoying to help find boots for kids but they never rush me or my boys. My kids are picky and they are so helpful. They will order any size or width that you need and they always come in pretty pretty quick. When it comes to finding boots you can’t rush it. You need to make sure they are the right fit and that they are adorable. I have been here for an hour before and walked out without boots because I just couldn’t decide which ones to get. They have adorable gifts to buy too. I always find something cute for my parents.

as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a courteous staff. Asked if there was anything we needed, informed them we were looking for work boots. Walked us right over to their selection, asked what our boot requirements were and they made selections that best fit our needs.

Now I have been to different Boot Barns throughout California, and this is the first one I have had a negative experience. I went to try on a few pairs of jeans and the fitting rooms are locked. Stood around waiting for help for almost ten minutes and they never acknowledged me. If your going to lock your fitting rooms then you need to make sure you staff them. $ 200.00 in jeans is a considerable sale so work for it. Three staff members working and a handful of customers(none of which were being attended to). I did see many boxes as if they just got a delivery so I think they were stocking. Stocking can wait, customers can not for the most part. I don’t mind waiting a little but they were acting as if there were no customers. In the meantime my husband was trying on boots for a wedding later in the day. After trying on a few he finally flagged someone down to ask if the boot he liked came in a wide. She simply stated«no» and toddled off. Excuse me but boots are a $ 200+ investment, maybe she should have recommended a different boot. Unless you ask and persist, you will get limited help. Customer service training is much needed at this store.

I went to boot barn last night at about 7:55pm when I realized they closed at 8pm. I walked in and told them I would be quick and I just needed to grab some boots and I would be out quick. The lady that helped me was absolutely amazing. She helped me pick the boots I wanted and she was so patient with me I was very happy with the service i got with all three employees that were working. None of them seemed upset that I was in so late. I hate that I didn’t get their names. Thank you!

I love boots and I have purchase couple of them at the boot barn. I wish there were more items to choose from. Also I notice that pricing on the belts are a bit higher.

Staff is nice but I find it troubling that a place that«specializes» in boots seems to carry very few wides in my size(13). My first visit was for hiking boots, which they don’t carry. This time I was looking for work boots and had $ to spend, again I left disappointed. They also require that you pay for any orders which I refuse to do without trying them on first.
