My family and I ate here on a Monday night in August. We were seated at a table with a gorgeous view immediately and were instantly were greeted by our waitress, Racheal. Racheal was friendly, wellspoken, helpful, and accomodating(okay, I realize that sounds as though I’m overstating it, but she was.) I have a tree nut allergy, and at first was worried coming to a buffet style restaurant, but was soon reassured that there were only a few desserts I had to avoid(which were specifically pointed out.) Do not let the buffet style food fool you. I sampled a bit of everything, and while everything was delicious, my favorites were the Chicken Breast dish served that night and the Smoked Pork Loin with Cinnamon Apple Compote. Not to mention the delicious Loaded Mashed Potatoes. Overall, EATHERE, this is a great restaurant with delicious food and woderful service.

Wow, can’t find a single reason to complain about this one. before and after a solid day of wrangling white water, I get to sit down at Smokey’s. Their breakfast buffet was all that and a a pile of Corned Beef hash. yeah, they had it! Crispy bacon, eggs, lots of toastable treasures, and even healthy yogurts, fruits and veggies. Then, upon our return and cleaning up, we come back for the dinner buffet… WOW!!1 This aint Golden Corral, let me tell you. Prime rib, wrapped chicken, delicious salmon, it just cant be beat. Fresh potatoes, or salad as sides and you can just keep piling it on to replace ll the calories you burned up during the day. It;s almost as much a reason to come visit as the Whitewater and the views!!!

This is an expensive buffet. While tenderloin of beef filet maybe nice as to a buffet, it seems like that’s what the price is based on. The pork was ok. The gnocchi is very good. The stuffed peppers are just grilled peppers with our anything to stuff or with any stuff? ! The salad bar has more types of cheeses than veggies? ! The service is good but they are just clearing dishes and refilling drinks. Over all not worth $ 28, and this is considering there aren’t many options. Go to Fayetteville instead, it will be just as happy and can have two more beers for same price!
