I had a wonderful experience at this furniture store. I just moved into my first apartment and needed to furnish it on a budget. I wanted some nice pieces priced well, I thought this would be a hard demand to meet until I came to Reflections of Home. The woman that owns the store is wonderful, she works hard to please all of her customers and their unique needs. I bought a dresser, chair and some decorative mirrors from her at an amazing price and they looked new! I can tell the owner is specific about the items she consigns and only takes the best quality. I highly suggest shopping for new furniture here :)

I live for a great FIND and my DH says that have a monkey on my back when it comes to furniture. I know that I’m not alone so a bit surprised to be the first reviewer and that no other’s have taken a moment to post their thoughts. Maybe they hope to keep this consignment shop their own little secret. Unilocal’s categories are limited and I chose«thrift store» but this place sells quality items that are ready to place in your home so don’t expect to find the fixer upper stuff as you might find at VOA or Goodwill. I’ve consigned items here and always spot something that I want to bring home. There’s currently a fabulous table that I am stalking. And a cool upholstered mid century chair in near perfect condition that I know would sell for much higher in an online auction. If you like eBay and Etsy for furniture and home goods, definitely check this place out on occasion. There’s a mixture of eras and styles that the owner(very friendly lady) pulls together to display as you might in your own space and not just lined up or bunched in groups of like items. Prices are clearly tagged and sometimes there’s some wiggle room. Truly something for everyone from man-sized chairs to child’s furniture and framed original oil paintings by local artists as well as higher priced items for serious collectors. It’s located a bit out of the way for me but not far from EastView Mall and the NYS thruway so that works out for those who bop around on errands or plan routes to estate sales and such.
