We went for an hour horseback ride then dinner and had a wonderful time throughout the whole night. For the hour horseback ride, we were taken up through the canyon behind the property to a bluff that overlooked the Teton Valley, then we circled around down a trail through the forest over a few streams and back to the property. Upon returning, one of the guides sat on the porch, played guitar, and sang while everyone on the ride got drinks and ate some world class appetizers including salmon, capers, home made guacamole, bread, and several wonderful dips. We then went into the wonderful dining room for a choice of salmon, rack of lamb or fillet mignon all of which were wonderful according to those who ate them. Dinner was followed by dessert, then a campfire outside with smores if you still had any room. Overall a great night, one thing to keep in mind is that the price listed on the website doesn’t include tax or gratuity which is added automatically so the ride will be slightly more than just what is listed. Overall all four of us had a wonderful evening and will definitely be going back, maybe for one of their guided overnight rides.
