Hampton Inn by Hilton – Victor

They didn’t have the beds made, we ordered a cot it didn’t come, when we called the reception they said «oh uh we don’t have any uh more» really?! I mean the only good thing about hotels is the comfort of a bed that’s made to get into! Is that too much to ask??? Very disappointed.

Very pet friendly, terrific room but lacking refrigerator (cooler & ice worked well) microwave in regular room of 2 double beds. Free internet but slow. Best complementary breakfast in quite a while. Super friendly staff! Close by restaurants & shopping plaza. Highly recommended.

My husband and I are travelling across the country with our pets so we stay pretty much anywhere we’re allowed, but this hotel was amazing! Comfortable, clean, quiet, and a very friendly and helpful staff. We could not have asked for a more pleasant stay in Victor!

I stayed here over Thanksgiving and about four inches of snow fell the first night. After a very good breakfast by the fireplace with our canine companions, we left to begin the festivities and all the cars in the parking lot were CLEANED OFF!!! HECK YEAH!!!

A nice Hampton Inn however there is absolutely no hot water on the third floor in the mornings. Despite leaving the shower running for over 10 mins each morning, I can’t get any hot water. I’ll be switching to the Homewood which is not too far down the road.

My husband and I stayed at this Hampton Inn over the weekend while in town for our friends’ wedding. Check-​in was super quick, most likely due to the fact that we arrived at 1 pm after a long drive from Washington, DC. Despite the late hour, the front desk clerk was still extremely friendly and thorough. Check-​out on Sunday morning was also very quick.
There is a complimentary breakfast in the morning, and wi fi is also free. The rooms are a good size, although I did find the bed less than comfortable. Not bad enough where I couldn’t sleep, but definitely made me miss my bed back home. The little thing that I enjoyed the most was that they actually give you a reasonable number of towels in the room! So many times it seems hotels skimp on providing at least one towel per guest, so having four large towels plus a number of hand towels was a nice surprise.
Overall this was a nice, moderate price hotel that I would stay in if ever in the Victor, NY area. It was conveniently located off the highway with the mall down the road, a number of restaurants within a short drive, and a TGI Fridays right next door.

It’s quiet, clean, and has a nice breakfast area. It has a country feel but yet you’re close to the highway, the mall, and some little towns. I’ve stayed there with my dogs and there’s a lot of grass for pets. I’ve stayed there about 5 times and every time has been good!

One of the nicer Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. The rooms were very recently renovated and the hotel had a nice lodge feel. The huge fireplace in the lobby was very impressive. The only downside was they were more expensive than usual and the parking lot was poorly laid out which left me pretty far from the nearest door.
