They usually have what I need but the staff is hit and miss. Sometimes great people are working, sometimes they act like they’d rather be anywhere else and rush people.

This is a place that I solely go to out of a necessity. It’s one of those places I visit, rush in and then rush out. Typically for me it’s their frames. They offer done great prices on them bad often have deals you can use to get money off. I often see buy one get one, or they regularly run a coupon for 50% one regularly priced item.
