I went to Tiara for years under the previous owners. I got a bad vibe from the new owners but kept going because Carmen was still there and she is great! I stopped going because I sent my 2 daughters there one day and they tried to take advantage of their age and give them terrible service. They made them wait around while one technician went back and forth between them and they were not happy with the results. I paid for two full prices mani pedi s and my daughter said they won’t go back there because of the way they were treated and neither will I.

So I wanted to give an update since my last, I have been going to Tiara for a very long time and lately I feel like my pedicures are rushed. There is a new woman there who is a little rough on the feet. I seem to be saying ouch a little more… This is becoming an issue for me and I am considering going somewhere else. I did stop getting my Gels done there because when the woman in the second chair does them (next to the owner) they seem to chip within days. if the owner does them or Carmine does them, they last 2 weeks.

I got a mani pedi and the woman who did my toes was really sweet and did a good job. I’m giving such a harsh rating because the woman who did my mani was so rude. She made me feel so uncomfortable when she messed up 3 times and I politely told her to fix it. I’ve never felt so weird at a nail salon.

I have been going to Tiara Nails since it opened. Great service and always accommodating when I call at the last minute for an appointment. Manicure and pedicure last for weeks.

Unpleasant experience. They burned my legs, barely scraped my feet and the nail polish wore off in 2 days. When I told the person in charge about what happened she couldn’t care less. She did not even say ‘I’m sorry’. LAME. not going back.
