Andrew D. is absolutely correct! The owner of this company, Tim R. McKenzie is a veritable scumbag. He is probably a spoiled brat, having inherited the company from his father. The company has little interest in anything but greed. I was required to end my tenancy with this vile racket because of alleged noise complaints(which Tim McKenzie was never able to substantiate in court) from neighbors. McKenzie also alleged(without basis) that I was«damaging» the buildings and that I was creating a danger of fire, because my smoke detector(idiotically placed in the kitchen!) allegedly went off too«frequently». Have an attorney available on call before you rent from this bunch of crooks! Good riddance!

The management staff here is awesome. Very attentive and very responsive. The apartments here are top notch, great quality and spacious!!! The grounds of the community are always immaculate and there are two fabulous pools! One is a rooftop pool with a built in bar area and the other is a «sport pool». Both have very large gas grills. These two areas are fun for both the young families here as well as the large population of young fun residents here. Overall a really uplifting vibe from everyone who lives here. I recently moved here from the DC area and the community I was at was very ill-managed and the buildings, although fairly new, weren’t repaired on time and repairs usually took several months to fix, if they ever got fixed. This and other annoying rules they enforced on everyone contributed to a very dismal and depressed atmosphere in the community. To come from that to this open, welcoming, place really tells you a lot about how management treats their residents! These apartments really are built with residents in mind… why am i saying that? Because the biggest complaint I’ve heard from apartment dwellers that live elsewhere(and from personal experience) is how they can always hear through their paper thin walls… BUT you will NOT have that problem here! The walls and doors are so thick and of such high quality that once your front door is shut you can’t hear a single thing. They were doing construction on the pool right outside my building and I didn’t even realize it until I looked out the balcony… I was pleasantly surprised that I couldn’t hear a single thing! The icing on the cake? You are allowed to grill on your balcony… something that, to my knowledge, isn’t typically allowed in apartment buildings.(at least not where I’m from) If you choose to live here you really won’t regret it!
