I found my place. I’ve never felt confident about my hair until Now. Julio consulted with me, got my vibe and proceeded to change how I feel every day about my look.
I’m not a fussy, demanding client. I just wanted to feel pulled together. Mission more than accomplished. I look better than I have in years.

Wow, beautiful gem in Verona. Water served in a crystal glass and a cookie from the Netherlands!!! I haven’t had my hair done yet, but beautifully surprised so far!

I have super hard hair to cut and Mariah from Julio Angels did a knock up job! The place is clean, The staff is friendly and very well trained. They even gave me a 20% discount for being a first time customer. Easily the best haircut I have had in years. I’ll be back!

I really cannot see why anyone would ever give this place less than 5 stars. I have been here a bunch of times and everyone is wonderful! Julio is super nice and welcoming! I always go see Mag. She is amazing at what she does! She truly cares about the client and what they are looking to achieve.

Where do I begin… I came here about two weeks ago because my former salesperson (makeup artist at Nordstrom) took a job here. She asked me to be a hair model because she needed to build her portfolio to show her new boss. When I discussed this with her, she said I would pay only a couple of dollars for the products, which is understandable.
The day came for me to go to the salon. I came in and was greeted by a very pretty young woman. She asked me right away if I would like a drink, which I gladly accepted. When I got my water, there was biscuit, which was a nice touch.
Once it was my time, I sat at their consultation station which looked like a bad wannabe HGTV job. There were frames with pictures of models, but the glass was missing from the frames and the computer printed pictures were folding. The mirrors were so tiny, I barely could see myself. When the owner came to talk to me, it seemed as if he barely could be bothered to speak to a potential client let alone his new associate; he was about to leave, so he didn’t care how well my hair came out.
After my half was dyed and my hair was being cut, they started cleaning the floors with an extremely potent cleaner while I was still getting my service done. I was the only client there, but that doesn’t mean you need to start cleaning and turn off the music– I’m still a potential client. During this entire process, there was a young woman receptionist texting the entire time, with a foul look on her face. When all was said and done, they had a manager come out and evaluate my haircut. During this time, the receptionist was swearing. «I can’t believe I’m f$&@?!&@ here, why the f$&@? Are we still open? I have a party to go to.» She even said to the manager that was evaluating my hair, «what are you the f$&@!?& hair police?» At that point in time, I said to the manager, «well, everyone needs their time to learn, said the teacher.» The woman never acknowledged my comment. And so, the receptionist went on and on about how annoying it was that she was still here, while I was there. As soon as my hair was done, she ran out of the door and proceeded to not charge me. I was shocked, but I gave my friend a cash tip and told her how appalled and uncomfortable I felt because of that girl.
The next day, my friend quit and they harassed her to get me to pay the bill. I called back a day later and complained. They lied and said the manager wasn’t there; but I, like a lady I am, voiced my opinion and paid.
So, Julio, the owner, here is the message I promised you. Your customer service is truly pitiful and a disgrace. A business that values their clients would have called me personally to apologize about their employee. (And wouldn’t have charged me) I say this with much confidence, because my family owns a successful third generation business.

Just had my hair done there last night by Annie. I received great compliments at work, she nailed the color that I was looking for. Everyone there is super nice, and they all have rocking hair styles. Will definitely come back!

Just a quick update:
Six months after my first application of Great Lengths, and I’m completely addicted. In November, I had my extensions carefully, professionally removed by Annie, and then reinstalled the same day. After removal, my hair was perfect. No damage, no breakage, no problems at all!
I’ve seen so many negative reviews of Great Lengths on the internet, and I wanted to share my experience because I truly believe that the key is to have an experienced, professional, certified individual install the extensions; to receive (and follow) proper instruction regarding at home maintenance, and to have them regularly inspected at the salon. I see Annie every week for a blowout, and I have had no problems with my extensions! In fact, I absolutely love how they look and frequently receive compliments on the length and thickness of my hair. Anyone that’s considering extensions should absolutely have a consultation with Annie, because she’s genius.
This morning I had Julio touch up my color and add bangs, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Julie always keeps things fresh — carefully examining my hair EVERY time I’m in his chair, taking his time to discuss what I want, mixing the color to perfection, and making me laugh the entire time. If you want rich, beautiful, glossy color, you need to see Julio.
And now for the reason I’m updating my review: Julio Angel has expanded their services and they are fabulous! The salon now offers makeup application, aesthetic services, waxing, mani/​pedis, and more! Several weeks ago Janet waxed my brows and I left with that perfectly arched look I can never achieve at home. Today I had a fabulous manicure with Beth while Julio applied my color. My nails are glossy and perfect! Next week I’m going to treat myself to a facial, and truly, this will become my one stop location for beauty and pampering.

I went in to see Christine again, and she just never lets me down!
I’ve had really long hair my entire life and was finally ready for a change. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (or what I thought I wanted). Christine cut 5 inches off and if she had gone any shorter (like the picture) I’m not sure I would have loved my new cut as much!
Christine goes above and beyond to truly understand what you want/​need and that is a trait I truly appreciate. She also does a beautiful blowout!

Had a great experience here today. I came in with a specific haircut in mind and Julio exceeded my expectations! He knew the right questions to ask & even showed me how to style it on my own. I am thrilled with the results. Not to mention his friendly staff, it was an inviting environment, even for a first time client.
