Dairy Queen

I’m not sure why I thought it was so funny, but laughed when I became the Dutchess of this Dairy Queen. Maybe I should have been dubbed a princess at the Dairy Queen? Either way, this little DQ has been through quite the trauma over the past year and they have come back stronger than ever. Last summer, a truck lost his brakes and plowed into the side of the store. The folks that own it are super nice, but they were put out of commission until just a few weeks ago. They had to entirely rebuild the store. But what they have now is an updated place with awesome service. You already know the product — the twisty cone or my personal favorite, the Blizzard. I wish them lots of luck with this new and improved store front. Oh yeah, now they also have a drive through window, when you need to order your DQ and keep going.

This is a brand new DQ. It has a drive thru! Service here is extremely slow though. Im talking 20 minutes in the drive thru! The blizzards have been great though! Nevertheless, a great addition to the neighborhood.
