Had an absolutely wonderful time on our sunset cruise. Kirby was extremely knowledgable of all wildlife see on tour (birds, fish, and dolphins!), in addition to the history and landmarks along the Indian River Lagoon. We were able to book last minute (an hour) before we set sail which was really convenient! His boat was a perfect size for a party of 6 – 8. Myself and guest only paid 30 $ per person to have the entire boat to ourselves for an hour and a half to watch the sunset over the lagoon with a bottle of wine (had we planned sooner we could’ve brought a cheese plate or other appetizers) Can’t beat the price! My boyfriend and I are huge foodies and Kirby who is a local of the area was able to highlight all the best dinner and lunch spots based off our specific taste. After the cruise we went to a restaurant he recommended and had the absolute best dinner of our entire trip! Kirby also gave us information on surrounding towns and breweries to try. If you are not from the area and traveling through, I would highly recommend this tour as a great way to sight see the beautiful lagoon and be linked up with a cool down to earth local whose the captain of the boat! The experience and insight Kirby provided us for our trip was priceless. MUST DO ACTIVITY WHILE IN THE AREA.

I can’t say enough about Captain Kirby. We chartered him today, for a 4 hour fishing trip. He not only put us on the fish, he also provided invaluable insight to the area/​Indian River Lagoon. We caught 6 different species of fish, and then he took us on an Eco cruise, where we saw Manatees, Bull sharks (where they were spawning) and dolphins. He should be a must visit on your trip to Vero, and even if you are local, you may want to try him.
