Not very friendly customer service a young Asian guy looked liked some how related to the owner is kinda aggressive and rude. I had my customer with me to pick out counters for their kitchen and 3 baths and a guest house we are remodeling and they got turned off by the bad vibe and aggressive attitude, ended up going to a different store, apex lost 3K in sales today. Businesses like this should not be rewarded with your hard earned CA$H.

we used Apex on our recent home reno(trying to get too much done before the baby arrives!). among other things, we redid our two bathrooms, including granite counter tops, new cabinets, toilets, shower, fixtures, etc. at Apex, we purchased the cabinets, fixtures and granite. first the good: — friendly service — great selection of granite and one of the most competitive prices we had seen the lackluster: — we paid extra for delivery of the cabinets and granite. WARNING: when they deliver the 1000000 pound granite slabs, be ready to carry that shit off their van and to whatever area you want them! Apex only sent ONE guy. my pregnant wife almost stayed home for the delivery but i was able to get off work to take her place. had she been home and not me, who knows what would have happened. — they sent the wrong granite the first time! one of the pieces was supposed to be a right bull nose, not 2 left bull noses. luckily our contractor wasn’t starting work that day and a week from the delivery date(we did this just to make sure to have some buffer time.) the second time they came, they sent, again, one guy and this time, he was about 60 years old. luckily my contractor and his partner were their bc we had to carry the granite ourselves, w/the help of the delivery guy, too. but this time, they sent a way bigger and heavier piece of granite! i also kinda dropped the granite on the delivery guy(so sorry!!) bc i lost my grip, inches before setting it on the ground. i hope his foot is ok. and of course, we had to load the wrong slab of granite onto their van. if you don’t think any of this is a big deal, go try and lift a piece of 4 foot by 8 foot slab. yeah, didn’t think so. anyway, would we use them again? maybe bc their prices were so good. but be warned about the little things if you decide to go w/them.
