The store is filled with the most lazy useless employees I’ve seen at any type of retail environment. Completely unwilling to help on even the most basic of matters. They don’t even have a manager who works there during the day. Maybe that’s the reason everybody there acts like they can get away with whatever they want. Either way, avoid this place unless you have no other options. The one in Lincolnshire is a million times better but its not a corporate owned store. These guys suck

Horrible customer service. I took my cell & the Hispanic guy says that he can not open cell phone cases… against policy, he was rude about it. I go back next week with a new cell phone(opens my case without asking… I am like, wait, I just want to switch phone/hook-up again not get a new line). Same guy as last week… now says he cannot help me & that I should go to the one in Lincolnshire! I ask for the directions & simply says the one in Lincolnshire, I ask again for the street address or more or less how to get there & he just repeats himself the one in Lincolnshire… with an attitude,(the store was empty), and he was too busy on his cell. What a rude & lazy ass person in Vernon Hills! I am never again going back to that place! When I got to Lincolnshire Sprint Store, they were extremely nice & told me that Vernon Hills store should of helped!

If you want to get stuff done go to this store and see santi. Sprints other customer service phone reps suck but this guy is the best make problems right and fixes siyuations thats others cant. Now for the sprint in lincolnshire off milwaukee by cheescake factory they are a bunch of idiots lazy and stupid not willing to help at all

Horrible service, employees lie and refuse to get a manager because I called them out on their antics. 8 Years with Sprint, I’m dropping my plan and will never do business with or recommend Sprint to anyone.

Terrible service, rude reps especially NORA who will only sell you a phone with insurance when it clearly states on there website that insurance is not required. If you’re looking for good customer service avoid this store by all means.

Staff is nice, store is clean and presentable. My issue is with some billing issues. When we signed our contract, we opted out of the insurance for the phones. The sales staff stated it’s «free for the first 30 days» and activated it for us. Our sales person told us that he «would personally set up a reminder on his phone» to remove the insurance before the 30 days. After getting my second bill, 3 out of 4 phones in my plan were not removed. This also happened to a relative that I also ported their phone over to Sprint in which the insurance charge was going to be removed before the 30 days was up. Sounds to me either: incompetent/lazy sales staff or bad business tactics in hopes we would not check our bill statement. If you are getting phones, always insist they remove the charge immediately and be vigilant in asking questions about charges.
