We tried to employ their services but never received a return phone call after three days of leaving messages with the receptionist. Happy they are so busy they can return calls at their leisure.

Over the past two decades, I have worked with Robert Baskin and two of the firm’s other attorneys, Arthur Liberty and Christopher Fortunati, to handle a number of legal matters for me and my children, including estate planning and probate, two successful lawsuits against the Federal government and a successful lawsuit against the executor of a relative’s estate. I was highly pleased with the outcome every time. Mr. Baskin and his firm’s attorneys are highly competent, ethical and professional and will not accept a case if they don’t believe in its merits or are not confident of a successful outcome. I recommend the firm without reservation.

I cannot recommend the Law Offices of Robert Baskin more highly. The office staff is friendly, most helpful and very knowledgeable. It is clear when walking into the office that not only the staff but the attorneys working there love their work. I worked with Robert Baskin. He knows the law inside and out, is honest, bright, articulate, punctual and efficient. He returns calls immediately. He is prepared with your case beyond belief, always being three steps ahead of the game. His integrity, communication and negotiation skills are excellent, his respect for and in the courts is admirable. I have complete trust in his recommendations and decision making. He takes the bull by the horns, runs with it and doesn’t stop until a fair settlement is reached. I have 100% trust in Robert Baskin and his law office and would recommend him with ten stars if that option were available.

As I understand that I’m billed on an hourly basis, punctual and attentive service is expected. Since I’ve rated it 3 of 5, it obviously wasn’t what I got.

Stay far away from these guys. They stuck me with a young attorney. I thought no problem. Young attorney will be hungry and organized. Complete opposite! This guy always look disheveled and never returned calls until I would try to fire him and all the excuses would pop up. Very unprofessional and inexperienced lazy attorney.
Update 9÷25÷14
I finally got the courage to tell the law office about the issues I had with their attorney Brian Clifton. I was afraid to do this since they are attorneys and I’m afraid of having problems. But I was so surprised by their reaction when I gave them the facts. They were appalled. Needless to say that Brian no longer works for them and I have been refunded the monies that he wasted on my case. I am now going through another law issue that requires me using an attorney. I am using their attorney Charles (Chuck) McCutchan. I am so impressed with his attentiveness, knowledge, and experience. It actually makes me even more angry with the old attorney Brian Clifton because I see what little he did to communicate and describe my case and the law that applies. I would 1000% use Charles again. I am so happy with their honesty and taking responsibility for a bad employee (in my opinion).
