The team at the target store is top notch, Samantha Z, who is unfortunately. for me moving up the ladder to the Target in the collection in Oxnard.
She knows her stuff and is very good at it. she juggled multiple customers including my difficult self and phone calls with out missing a beat! they will clean and adjust your glasses for you with a smile.
Imagine my surprise when I went to target for eye care. truth be told the eye center is run by Luxottica NA which also includes;

This evening I went to Target’s optical center for the first time. I have seen multiple optometrists over the years, but I have never had such a wonderful experience as I did at Target.
Their entire staff was efficient and friendly– I got in and out of my appointment very quickly, without having to sit in a waiting room for an extended period of time (this has typically been the case for me at other places in the past).
I saw optometrist Richard Rojo. Richard was both kind and patient with me– I absolutely hate having my eyes picked and pocked at, and he was very understanding of this and did all that was in his power to make sure I was more than comfortable. I would recommend him for people of all ages, as he is very kind and accommodating.
I will recommend both Richard and Target Optical to friends and family, and I will definitely be back in the future!

I waited over three-​and-​one-​half weeks for my glasses because the first pair of lenses their lab created for me didn’t pass their quality control. I felt impatient, but their final product was worth waiting for and it was good to have their quality control to test my lenses. Target came through for me and helped me with the extra waiting time, in the end.

I just went in for my second appointment at the Target Optical office and spent the entire time thinking «Wow! These people are all so nice!» The doctor and the employees in the retail section are all very friendly and professional. And the whole process was very quick!

I was excited to finally get a target optical! Putting that RedCard to good use. Well when I called to fill my contact prescription, because of my brand (Biofinity), they said it would take 2−4wks for them to receive it? Hmm. Well ok because I want to use my target card. YOU do get your 5% discount when using your RedCard. It was a pain in the butt for them to notify me when they had arrived, first off they don’t send text or email notification, and when I Finally called them 2wks into this order they had told me the phone number that I had given them was wrong… which I clearly remember repeating at least 3x (I have an out of state number so I’m ALWAYS making sure I double/​triple check when giving my number) but they didn’t think to maybe try contacting me through email to follow up? Ah well. Needless to say i got my contacts, but please in the future be more detail orientated :) we blind folk will be much obliged.
