I have been going to this SuperCuts for years. The staff changes over time, but are always friendly and pleasant. Doesn’t matter who is behind my chair, my hair looks about the same everytime I walk out!

I took my daughter into super cuts and but we went in I called the store to ask how a hair cut would be and how long was the wait Dana answered the phone and quoted me $ 17.00 for a hair cut and wait time was 5 minutes. When I arrived which was about 5 minutes wait time changed to 35 min when the on line appt said 15min. I inform Dana when I arrive and she stated things have change o well tone in her voice. I said ok we will wait. I had already schedule an appointment on line for me daughter and had a schedule appt. We waited my daughter had Cecelia cut her hair and she was ok. But she did not listen to ideals when my daughter asked her to only cut 1 inch she cut 3 inches off. This was not ok. My daughter very up set when we leave the office. When I went to pay for the cut I had a $ 2 off coupon that was sent to me by email and I showed Dana and she asked for assistant from Cecelia and she would not let me use the $ 2 off coupon because I did not print it out. So why does your company offer coupons an email them and them make the customer print it out. This was a very unpleasant experience all the way around. I have taken my other kids there for hair cuts and never was treated in such a poor manner. I will advise all my friends and family to avoid the store until your customer service and paying closer attendant to detail has been corrected.

This place doesn’t even earn 1 star I went to this place with my boyfriend today. We told this lady exactly what we expected. The result was the completly opposite ! This young lady invited us really unfriendly in the salon. We told her our expectations, but she just ignored it. I was shocked and told her, that she did it too short, but she didn’t care & finished it. I expect somebody who will listen and have good communication with the customer, if she is doing a good job. Now this haircut looks worse then before ! We couldn’t believe this and left this place totally pissed off.

I want to this HELLHOLE on Sunday-3/1/15 at 1pm… I have a bad, bad & I mean a BAD broken shoulder & I couldn’t wash my hair for over 2 weeks as I had no function on my right arm… I was in full cast sling… I wanted a simple wash, trim my bangs & give me a simple easy shag cut… NOGO… this stylist treated me like a piece of shit… Again I was in a FULL cast/sling on… she never helped me in chair or out of chair… hair was washed & I was done & finished in 10 minutes!!! I was in terrible pain, I was glad my hair was finally clean as I couldn’t use my right arm… BUT bangs were ½ assed trim, hair was not cut & the BESTOFTHEBEST… she never even blow dried my hair!!! I PAYED for a wash, cut & dry!!! I left in 10 minutes w/soaking wet hair… I LOOKED like a DRENCHEDRAT w/a soaking wet head, a sling/cast & people waiting were laughing… I went in feeling ugly, in pain & left leaving worse!!! I guess the old saying is true…“You get what you pay for”…DISGUSTING…I think her name was Andrea, Andreas… whatever…Whomcares at this point… I was in & out less than 10 minutes!!! Shame on you Super Cuts… see who was on staff on 3÷1÷15 at 1pm… she should not be in the biz!!! Shame shame shame… terrible terrible… maybe a good fit for men but not for women or any females-young or old!!! Spend the extra $$ & stay far away from this place… sad sad sad!!!

Been a regular at this Supercuts location a while now. Friendly and professional service, good stylists, and carries many hair products at competitive prices.

Although I didn’t have a specific person I go to before, after a few cuts by Griselda, she’s my go-to person. She’s always so nice and does a really great job!

SUE, WHEREAREYOU. I have recently learned that the short haired stylist by the name of Sue has moved on. Being very disappointed that they would not let me know where she went, I did some research. Sue is now working for herself at Club Salon on telegraph rd. in Ventura, across from Saint Bonaventure high school. You can reach her at(805)890−1938. FYISHEDOESGREATMENSHAIRCUTS.

Worst haircut if my life! I cried for a day! I asked for a long pixie cut and i looked like jane lynch if she lost a bet. I had to stop Alisia half way through so I could still have some hair left. She tried to convince me that she DID give me a pixie cut. Really? Than why do I look like I got in a fight with a weed wackier instead of looking like tinker bell? My fault for going there at all. I went back and had the manager fix it. I ended up with a Haley Barry cut which was not too bad. But i know what it looked like for a week before i was ready to go back and pray for a solution. Also, they always do a straight cut which means you will not achieve most looks you would go for. Hairdressers know better. I will never make the mistake of going there or letting anyone o know and love go there again!

They do a good job with haircutting. This low rating is due to their poor process of servicing their customers in order. Everytime I have called in to get my name on thw waitlist, I have gotte s#%$ d over. When I arrive they usually say I am NOT on the list, despite me confirming over the phone. This last time I was told I was«next» when I arrived. I waited 15 minutes, which was 45 minutes from the time I called in. When my hair stylist was ready she took a different customer and asked me to come back in 15 to 30 minutes. I was finally serviced 1hr and 20 minutes from my name being placed on the list. No apology no acknowledgment that they either made a mistake or lied. Not a good way to treat customers and run a business.

Not like the northern Cali Supercuts, this place in friendly atmosphere, fast to greet and help you. Pricier than a hair salon when it comes to hair dying, but I love how they do my hair.

I am a guy. Should a guy know where to cut his hair? I really wish I did… I do not want to go to a salon or something like that. I do not want to pay like 50 bucks. I do not want a $ 10 haircut that looks like a $ 10 haircut. I know, I want the world apparently. I guess I always gravitate towards Supercuts because I had an awesome couple of hair dressers in Stockton back in the day. I wanted to get my hair cut on my day off the other day so I went to this Supercuts. It was middle of the day so I got right in. The nice older woman who helped me asked if I had called ahead… apparently you can do that now… call in advance and put your name on a list. She did a 4 star job on the hair cut itself… always of course pushing the obligatory products they sell which of course is normal. What kind of got me weird is that she asked if I colored my hair… I do have some grays coming in on the side so indeed I do, I explained to her. She wanted to know who did the coloring… I explained my fiancée who knows a thing about hair coloring. She then just went back to doing her haircut. She didn’t say much the rest of the cut… then at the end she showed me the back, I told her that it looked great and she exclaimed«See, now you can go right home and have your fiancée color your hair!» Really?! What the hell was that? A polite«have a nice day» or «come back real soon» would have been fine… but exclaiming that I can go home to have my girl color my hair was really weird and bordered on being embarrassing. There are lots of other discount haircut places… I will probably not be back to this one. :0)

My wife’s coworker recommend Queena for hair stylist. I wasn’t sure at first because I had some bad haircuts at other places before. Good thing I took the chance with Queena. She did a fantastic job on my hair. You can always tell a good hair stylist the way they cut. I was looking for a good hair stylist in Ventura/Oxnard and I found a good one. Usually, I go to LA to get my haircut because I couldn’t find a good one in Oxnard/Ventura before. Also my hair grows fast so I need a local stylist so that I don’t have to drive to LA. Queena did better then some fancy stylist’s. If you like to have your hair short like mine, I highly recommend Queena. I love it! Tae :) Tae :)

Proverbs 26:11 — «As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly.» It’s not entirely Supercuts’ fault that I continually get bad haircuts here — after all, I’m the moron who keeps coming back. They say that one definition of insanity is repeating the same action again and again and expecting different results; ergo, I’m batshit crazy because I still haven’t yet learned my lesson here. I used to be blessed, spoiled even, with having many good hairdressing options at my disposal(barbers, stylists, friends, girlfriends), but hard times have been upon us and our coiffures, so for some mysterious reason, I keep returning to this Supercuts. I have had a good haircut or two here, and I guess that’s why I keep hoping against hope that it’ll happen again, but it’s like playing Russian roulette, and instead of having one bullet and five empty chambers, there are five bullets and only one chance at reprieve. People often wonder why I sometimes go months between haircuts, allowing myself to get shaggy and unkempt. The answer is: this Supercuts. If I’m overdue for a haircut and I don’t go get one, I at least know more-or-less what I’ll look like the next day. If I do throw caution to the wind and go get one, it’s anyone’s guess. When I got to work today, my co-worker said, «Hey, Bobby Brown called: he wants his Gumby hairdo back.» BLAM!
