I forgot to post upon this place and my previous occurrences. Thankful they were forced to close. Horrible consistency of their food, lack of available toppings due to portion control, no substitutions or alterations and so much more. Their mind set was crazy. The funny part or the ironic part is when they say, «don’t forget to tip me and your cook». I don’t care who you are, but when your«owner demands» one to say it to their customers it just becomes sad. If someone orders an entrée and only wants three items in stead of the 12 that it comes with, how hard is it to put three more pieces of broccoli, mushrooms or carrots in place of everything else. Horrible seasoning, food either undercooked or extremely overcooked with no sense of flavor is exactly why this placed closed.

Unfortunately, I’m not a fan. Stopped in today to try the Mongolian beef bowl. Overall it was too greasy and salty. The flavor becomes very flat and overwhelming very quickly. The portion is decent, however. I just wish the flavor were better.

My daughter and I stop here when we hit the mall. The staff is always super nice and the food is always fresh and good. You can get a healthy fast meal that is prepared right in front of you! I have been here several times and have never been disappointed.

Had a bad experience. A friend and I went yesterday, it’s not our first time. First off, we’re greeted by, «What do you want?» By their female employee who had just returned from break. Then the whole time she’s preparing the bowl she’s so distracted by something, she keeps looking away. Very little noodles were added compared to the usual amount, like the pictures the other Unilocalers have posted. When we mentioned that to the guy who was cooking the bowl, he went on to explain how portions work. Fine I guess, but the way he said it felt like he was talking to us like we were stupid. Lastly it was not good. This time it was too salty. Overall though their service was inconsistent. To their defense though, the other time we went there was a sweet young boy who was helping out, he looked around 13⁄14 and he was great, better than their actual employee. The cook was also a different guy and our food was great. Maybe we’ll just go when they’re there.

Wonderful staff The girl that helped me was super nice and friendly — a real sweetheart Sadly my issue was untasty food I picked out the vegetarian bowl which sounded delicious. I ended up with a plate of food I did not want to eat. The noodles are a different color than you expect and with it an odd flavor… to top it off all of my food had no flavor… yes I did ask for oils and seasoning –the standard It didn’t help… My food was very bland! Unfortunately this place disappointed me. I was very much ecstatic to try it since I miss the original Mongolian place that was here but oh well

So salty. Just tasted like they dumped a bunch of soy sauce and little bit of garlic. I could have cooked something better blindfolded.

Awesome food, huge portions, and a very reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and helpful — it was my first time here, and I will definitely be back!

If you are fond of great khans, you will enjoy this place. Just opened on mothers day weekend this year and is conveniently located in the pacific view mall where the food court is upstairs. They have premade suggestions such as «Mongolian beef» or «Krazy spicy»(which I tried and enjoyed) or you can create your own bowl. Price of each bowl is 7.95 and the guys who work there do a good job packing it on for you. That’s the other thing, if you are use to great khans where you can do all the packing and stuffing yourself, you will be sad to know that there is a divider between you and the food. They take care of it all for you(which is probably more hygienic anyways). The other difference is they give you a scoop of rice with your order along with the noodles — carb-fastic!
