Richard was awesome! Very nice guy, fixed our screen quickly, and cleaned out the speaker! This is my second time taking a phone to this place and I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family… and if I need to fix another phone I know where to go! Very professional, efficient, and at a great price… Thank you so much!!!

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR PHONE
Brought my iphone in for a screen repair. brought it home and the screen would not type.
brought cellphone back in to be repaired the next day. had to wait another hour and THEY BROKE CAMERA ON PHONE. had to come back the next day because they did not have the part to fix it.
came back the next day, waited another hour and half for phone to be repaired. asked for a refund or partial refund and was denied.
CAME IN FOR SCREEN REPAIR, HAD CAMERA DAMAGED, HAD TO COME BACK TWO DAYS IN A ROW AND WAIT OVER THREE HOURS.

Very bad experience! I gave my iPad2 To Jose on July 9th, and I am writing this review today July 22nd, that’s 2 weeks. My third time to call, all they can say that the parts were not delivered yet. The day i gave them my iPad for repair they said that the parts will have to be delivered and my iPad will be fixed in a few days. I don’t know their meaning of few days, but I can say they don’t have a good business with regards to timing. I am reading one review saying that Jose is the manager, but Jose just told me that Richard specializes in fixing my iPad? Really, just to give a dumb reasoning? Really? I am sorry but it’s just very frustrating. I know you mean business but I think you at least must have the courtesy of calling your customers and tell them the progress of repair. Very flakey business!

The guys here were awesome!!! Jose the manager took care of my cracked screen and assured me that I would walk out with a brand new screen. I was told it would be about an hour, which was perfect for my lunch break, but I came back about 25 minutes later and I was ready to go. It’s a week later now and everything works great! It’s way better to have your screen replaced as opposed to buying a new phone.
