My experience with this dominos store was excellent. I called the wrong Dominos off of Pettit and they took my whole order and a few minutes later they called me back stating they were out of my area. My order was transferred and this was 20 minutes after I place the order. My four kids were very hungry by this time. Your store took my transfer order and finished the order and delivered our food with in 20 minutes. They had great customer service. Thank you

Simply horrible experience, placed my order with Eric. As I was ordering he just expected me to order one thing while I wasn’t done ordering. Promised the pizza to be delivered 45mins latest. It’s been an hour and a half and I’m still waiting. Will never order from dominos again.

I was quickly contacted by Dominos Corporate customer service regarding this review. They apologized and said they would have the store contact me. They also offered compensation. The store contacted me about a week or so later. They also apologized and offer compensation. Although the last experience wasn’t great, I will try them again.

Dominos has an unfortunate name of being a cheap college students pizza that tastes terrible. Only part of that is true! Dominos is one of the best places to get a great deal on some good pizza, especially when they have the large 2 topping pizza for $ 5.99. This is well within the struggling college students budget and it’s a great pizza, even when you don’t incorporate the price. Add the fact that it’s right next to Ventura College and you have the perfect Dominos. The toppings are flavorful and the sauce is full of tomatoey goodness. The only complaints I have about the pizza is that it’s too greasy (let’s be honest, all pizzas are), and it is covered in this salty garlic flavor. There’s a lot of the stuff on it. While this is tasty and adds a nice flavor you become very thirsty after eating pizza from Dominos. The online ordering process for Dominos is one of the best. It tells you exactly when the order is cooking and when it is ready. It’s really neat stuff.

Worst dominos experience to date. The pizza was not made properly and when I tried to separate the slices, they were not cut properly. I was embarrassed because I ordered dominos despite someone in my group recommending another pizza place nearby.

I placed an order online and drove to the store when Domino’s said my order was ready. Somehow they had lost my pizza and it took them 15 minutes to figure that out and put a new one in the oven. Complete incompetence and a staff that didn’t seam to care how long I waited or frankly if I ever got a pizza.

We’ve been ordering delivery Dominos from this location for years now. I don’t exactly recall why I left a 3-​star review 5 years ago, but this is definitely a 5-​star location for deliveries now.

Pizza is usually good but god forbid you have to walk into the store. I stood there for about 15 mins alone before 1 of the 4 ppl who walked past me acknowledged me. Initially poor service till the young lady came to help out the boys. She completely turned the situation around.

Thought I would try Domino’s Pizza again. When I placed the order I said half pepperoni half cheese. The woman was going to ask me for my address but she said she already had it. Well they delivered it to the wrong address. The address that she had in her system was not my address but a friends. She should have read the address back to me is what the manager said. So they had to do another pizza which took a little bit longer. Instead of half pepperoni half cheese they gave me all pepperoni. The pizza was not even hot And did not look very good.

Before I start this review I would just like to say Dominos is one of my favorite pizza companies and not once have I been disappointed by them. That is until I ordered pizza from this location. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and 30 minutes later a fiery Hawaiian pizza showed up on my door. Not only did I not want that but it looked impossible to eat (hot sauce and jalapenos were on it). I then called Dominos back and a male picked up the phone and in a very condescending tone told me that I did order the fiery pizza when I clearly did not. It was quite evident that it was a miscommunication and he assured me that I could keep the pizza (no thanks) and my second $ 20 pizza would be free (I would hope so). At 7:31 I called to reorder my pizza and my actual pizza showed up at 8:26. I will say that the pizza delivery men were very pleasant, I just received poor costumer service from the store.

This is always a great last minute thought for dinner. The pizza is great and the service is quick– also they are friendly. 3 stars because of the delivery fee. It was almost $ 4! We tip good. Now the guys tip was short by about $ 4 because of added fees. Idk why they charge if they are already making a s*** load of money off of us. I wish they would reduce or eliminate the fee as the total goes up. We spent about 50.00 alone on pizza.

I just had the worst customer service experience of my life because I tried to call and order over the phone, & because the both the app and website coupons were working incorrectly. Manager Taylor was very rude an unhelpful. I spent a few minutes explaining my problem to another employee, as well as placing my order, only to be to be turned over (without) warning to a manager that answered by asking me what was my problem. I have worked in restaurants for 10 years and have never encountered the lack of care the for customer experience like this. No apologies, no offers to help. She wanted me to hang up and use the website again even though I had spend 5 minutes on the phone reordering and explaining my problems. I will never order from this location again.

I got 12 pizzas delivered from this location for an event I hosted yesterday and felt compelled to write this review. The manager was very helpful and friendly in helping me put my order together. The event was upscale and she suggested I ordered the Artisan pizzas. I ordered the spinach feta, Tuscan salami, and Italian and fell in love! I didn’t even know they had these on the menu! They also made sure to get the little things right… Like delivering the pizzas hot and on time!

I wish I could take stars away from this place. The management is the worse. Michelle is the worst manager I have ever seen. Michelle cusses at her employees and the ones she doesn’t cuss at she lets them do whatever they want. I the the owner should review his videos to see what is really going on with his company. But I don’t think the owner really cares about anything but money.

No seating inside or outside when I went. Decent pizza, but not the best that I have ever experienced. No cups of water in the restaurant, which I am not sure about the legality of that. Quick prep time, and decent quality cashier. Would not recommend unless one is desperate.

We had our pizza delivered to a business. It was rather fast to get it and the pizza was okay. The seasoning was good on the crust. The driver seemed young and not to trained on customer service too much. Nothing bad at all but just bland.
The reason the stars are down was the driver had no cheese or peppers. That bothered me as i was trying to feed a group of people and accommodate everyone’s needs. Since they were delivering to a business it would have been nice if the operator would have asked if we needed plates. Going the extra mile always helps.

I had my cc # stolen and it was used at all 4 stores that are owned by the same family, I have left 5 messages and have not gotten a phone call back, so maybe it was either someone in the family or an employee that stole my information and bout over $ 400 worth of pizza at all of their locations
