CMH Same Day Surgery

My husband had a throat procedure and he said they were right on schedule and very professional and friendly.
The parking is non existent and so there is no where to wait so I left and came back after they call you and tell you to pull up at the front door on Brent St.
The valet guy came up to the window and was very friendly and told me there was no place to park but to just double park in front and put on my emergency flashers and I waited about 3 minutes and they wheeled my husband out and put him in the car.

This review is for the reception area for CMH Same Day Surgery. Sandra, in admitting, is terrible at her job. I have waited for 45 minutes. She said I was next. Then she took a lady who came in 30 minutes after me. She said, with an attitude, she was here before you. I have to take who is first on the list. Then she called the lady who just walked in.
Seriously Sandra Samianiego! Shame on you! It is now 61 minutes later, and finally I am able to get my blood work done & my EKG.
I am a diabetic who fasted for this blood test.
When I explained this to you, you replied you are doing your best. It wasn’t until I asked how to spell your last name, that you apologized.
I will agree with you that you are the only one working and there should be another employee.
