For nails, this place is a waste of money.
$ 35 for a pedicure that chipped the same day and other toes kept chipping the days after, Not Worth it!
No massage chair, I rather pay my usual $ 23 and get a massage chair and more space.
The tea is nice but the atmosphere is off. Half of the employees seemed nice or at least the two I am referring to probably was the owner and manager but the other half that definitely didn’t own shit were stuck up acting. Not friendly at all, they act like their shop was the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills or Burk Williams.
The massage therapist (dark hair woman) she was very nice and did a good job. Not the best I have had but for her calm cool demeanor and great massage skills; I would go back to her. Also, she didn’t mind if you had to bring a little one. She’s lovely and so is the tall man that works there, I think he’s the manager. They need to talk to the rest of the employees about being «down to earth», «friendly» that’s how you attract customers and keep them coming back.

I love this salon! Great atmosphere. Jerry, a very charming and talented stylist, always does a fantastic job on my wimpy hair. They also have a large selection of boutique clothing that are reasonably priced. I love downtown Ventura. Oh, and there is free parking in the large lot behind them.

Kenna has been doing my lashes for about a month and let me just say you don’t feel complete unless you have her lashes on! I don’t know what I would do without them now! lets just say I’m hooked. She’s amazing at what she does. Such a nice person & always smiling! People at the salon are so welcoming and friendly! Overall a great experience everytime I go in.

I love Lanette. She is amazing at her job! My nails are gorgeous and feel like I just walked out of Laque nail salon without having to drive to LA! Definitely recommend her if you want your nails to have crazy and beautiful design!

I definitely recommend Angie for nail services. I just got a simple pedicure from her, but was impressed with the meticulous polish job and how she kept checking to make sure everything from the water temp to the position of my feet was to my liking. She is also very sweet, chatty when I wanted to chat but also let me zone out when I wanted to. Thanks, Angie!

I followed Lindsey C. to this fun little salon with friendly staff. Lindsey helped me find a short flattering cut that works well with my face shape and is easy to style. She also helped me painlessly let my grey come in after years of coloring.

I have searched for the perfect nail artist. But I have to look no further, Lanette Zagal is amazing. If I have a design picked out she delivers 110% and if I have no inspiration she gives me some amazing piece of art.
I have been with her for a few months now and I will be a forever client. Not to mention the salon is beautiful, covered in art, wonderful energy with all stylist. I can’t wait for that third week to roll around for my next till.

I was very impressed with Lindsey the hair stylist. Customer service is very important to me and Lindsey has this quality perfected. She was able to fit me in last minute and stayed late to give me a great cut and style. I was hesitant to get anything more than a trim because I love my long hair but I really felt comfortable having her take a few inches off of my length because I could tell she knew what she was doing. I love my cut, and my hair feels great! Btw I also have curly hair and she was totally able to work with it and make it fabulous! Thanks Lindsey!

I had my nails done with Debbie Davis today at Cibara salon. Not only do they look beautiful, she definitely turned the rough day I was having around. It was such a positive and relaxing experience just to be in her presence. She took time and attention to detail, and made sure I was happy. She even helped to connect me with Vanessa Moon for a hair appointment. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you Debbie.

Gali did my Brazilian Blowout today and I could not be more thrilled with the results. I leave for Kauai thursday and I will be frizz free !!! The best part was meeting Gali … incredibly professional, fun, & talented… makes me want to tell everyone to go to her!!! Trust me as a former rep for a large Hair Care company, I know a LOT of hairdressers and I will be going back to Gali … thank you Gali !!!

Davina Decant at Cibara Salon is FANTASTIC! I went to see her as a referral from a good friend of mine who’s hair she had done that I absolutely LOVED! I had been on the search for a new stylist. My hair is very thick and wavy/​curly. I am extremely picky as I know my hair is difficult to work with. I explained to Davina how I would like my hair cut and colored and also asked for her advice. She worked wonders on my mane! I now see her exclusively along with my husband and 5 year old son. I am hooked! She rocks and not to mention is a fantastic person! I absolutely LOVE her and the way she makes my hair look and feel! If I could give 10 stars I most certainly would!

So for me, finding a new stylist has always been a challenge. They don’t really get what I’m asking, or can’t bring to life pictures I bring in. Just exhausting. Luckily, I’m done with all of that. All I can say is Davina. DAVINA!!! WE met at a park, she claimed she was amazing at color, and this woman did not lie! I went from light brown, to purple, ladies and gentleman! And not just putple, purple shades that blended so beautifully. She made it happen and has been keeping it up since October of last year! I am in love. Her cuts are amazing, her color skills are always on point. She is flexible and so very sweet. The salon itself is hip, chic, and clean. Always some good music playing, and everyone is really friendly. Would definitely recommend this place and most of all, DAVINA!

Had a great time getting my hair rescued by Davina. I came in somewhat lost as to what I wanted and not so confident about the hair on my head she fixed me up and made me feel sexy and pretty I love my new hair I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! She does blonde extremely well, especially with me have the dark hair I have she did wonders!!! I will most definitely be coming back.

This place is where it’s at! The salon is very modern and hip with a fabulous chic flare. Everyone who works there is wonderful. Davina Decant has been my stylist for almost 3 years now and I’ve never been happier. I’ve been a blonde, brunette and now a redhead. She has over 15 years experience and know what she’s doing. You show her a pic and voila… she makes it happen. I love her. Go see Davina Decant if you want a killer cut and color. She also spray tans too. She’s like family and is very flexible!

Tonight I had my first experience of eyelash extensions with Kenna. I’m absolutely in love with my lashes! In just an house she was able to transform my sleepy eyes to look much more awake and youthful. I can’t wait to come back and get hem refilled to be much more fuller ;)
Decided to schedule a last minute appointment with Debbie, I’m so glad that I did! Debbie has been in the nail industry for about 30 years, therefore she knows her stuff. She’s also a really nice/​cool person to chat with while getting your nails done. Nothing is more awkward than getting your nails done and it’s weirdly quiet. I already had previous gels on, so for first time clients there is a $ 10 polish removal. This is just for the first visit, once you become a regular with her there is no additional charge.
A shellac manicure is $ 30.00 She has many colors to chose from, I only took a picture of one of the color samples she had. She has neutral to wacky, vibrant colors.
The overall salon is pretty cool. It’s a full-​service salon that also sells make-​up and clothes. A super cute boutique style spot.
Oh, they also serve wine which makes your experience thaaat much better

Davina gave me gorgeous movie star hair. Blond bombshell hair is so amazing if its done by the right stylist. Davina is that stylist at cibara. Not only does my hair look and feel amazing, its healthy and vibrant. Not only is the cut and color superior quality she also counseled me in proper after care and set me up with a hair care routine that maintains my beautiful tresses for the long term. My hair has brought my confidence to a new level, i finally look as beautiful as I feel. Thank you Davina!

Jerry, Jerry, Jerry. I can’t say enough. I had heard of Jerry from some of my clients and what a hair magician he was and thought some day I should check him out. I was drifting between stylists unable to find someone who really «got» me… heck, I was settling for hair that I didn’t hate. I had a particularly unfortunate cut one time and decided to call Jerry to see if he could «fix» me. He got me in the next day and he did more then just fix it… he nailed it! I haven’t felt that excited about my hair style in years.
Jerry really listens to what I have to say and then adds another dimension to it. He takes my instincts about what I want to another level. There is NOTHING like a good cut/​color to uplift your entire life. Each visit is like a new adventure though… I feel like we create something new each time. Jerry, thank you for giving me my «Sass» back.

Cibara Salon is not only a great place to have your hair done, but the way they treat you is by far the best experience I have ever had at any Salon. Jerry cuts my hair. He is extremely meticulous about his work, while being fun to talk to and joke with.
Vanessa, Jody, and Mari, who I have known for a long time, are truly wonderful people.
They truly care about your wants and needs. They have a full service, one stop shop.
Hair, nails, massages, nice clothes for sale, and they will even sit you down for a old
fashion single blade shave, just like in the old western days.
I would recommend there shop to anybody. Give them a call. Once you go to there
Salon, you will never go anywhere else again!
