Every time I go the the facility it is clean and very well maintained. The staff are always courteous and helpful.
I had a recent problem with a water leak, through no fault of their own I hasten to add. I discovered the leak on Tuesday. The Manager mopped the area that he could, gave me towels and plastic just in case for the rest of my items.
I came back on Wednesday morning and he set me up with a new unit right away! It was upgraded to climate control and he was able to save me some money on the unit as well. I would have never expected that!
It is a great company and I will continue to use them until I move!

The office opened promptly at 9:00AM as was relayed to me call service center and directly by local storage office the day before my scheduled reservation. Within 15 minutes I was able to get access to my new 10×10 climate-controlled unit. The entire property is very well maintained. The staff was courteous and professional and all renters I encountered on the property were polite and friendly. They honored the online pricing I found before arrival. There is a small fee upon move-in and paying for monthly insurance is required.

Great service. Everybody has been friendly and easy to deal with. Cancelled insurance with them once we found out our homeowners insurance covers it and it was done with ease and no hassle. Good rates. Clean facility. So far so good.
