Dan, Jane, Matthew and all the good folks at Vashon Heating & Cooling are outstanding HVAC professionals, and they’re pretty darned nice people too. They’ve installed a new furnace in my old home which has saved me thousands of dollars in gas bills. They’ve maintained my rental properties to make sure they are safe and efficient.
After the big winter storm of 2006, trees had completely blocked the road to my mom’s house. She had no electricity and couldn’t get out of her driveway. Dan walked up a generator and hooked it up to her house, giving her electricity and heat. That was just one example of him going above and beyond. Two thumbs up for Vashon Heating and Cooling.

Worked with Vashon Heating & Cooling, HVAC Tech, Mathew. Installed on demand water NG heater. Work completed in one day, as per quote. I prefer to use island businesses, for convenience, and they are very professional. Daniel, the owner, took time to come to the residence, help determine the best equipment for the purpose.

Vashon heating and cooling services my gas fireplace, which is a little balky. Shawn has done both the maintenance and repairs on it. He arrives on time and is thorough and methodical. Explains things to me clearly, even allowing me to do a short video of him while he explained how to re-​set it. Thank you! I recommend them highly.

The only reason these people are still in business is because they are the only game in town. But for what it cost me to fix the mistakes they left behind, I should have just paid more for someone from the mainland to begin with. Don’t believe a word they say in their estimates. They have no compunction with charging you five times what they said it would cost and threatening to sue you if you don’t pay.

Our propane heater broke down, so I called these guys to get it fixed. Turns out our thermostat was broken, so they replaced it on the spot. Very friendly and nice folks, I’d highly recommend them.
