Vividlabs

My husband dropped my iPad in June and took it to Vivid Labs to get it fixed. It is now September and my iPad STILL hasn’t been fixed. They keep giving us excuses as to why my iPad isn’t ready to be picked up (multiple things have broken and needed to be repaired and re-​repaired). I’m beyond frustrated. The silver lining is that Vivid Labs hasn’t charged us anything to «fix» my iPad. I will not be returning to this shop any time in the near future. It sounds like they do a better job on computers than Apple products.
Update ¹⁰⁄₂₂: After many months of dealing with this company, my experience has come to an end. Long story short – my iPad mini was a difficult one to work on (whenever they fixed something, something else broke). In the end, the owner offered to buy me a refurbished iPad mini (which I was grateful for). They ended up buying me a new iPad mini instead (after some mishaps with ordering the wrong GB mini). Next time my mini breaks, I’m just going to replace it or send it to Apple for repairs. I really appreciate that the owner replaced my iPad though.

I had a virus on my laptop, which I use everyday for work. The staff at Vividlabs had my computer fixed and ready for pickup in less than 24 hours! Friendly, informative, patient and quick… what more can you ask for in customer service? Love these guys!

These guys replaced the cooling fan in my computer super quickly and let me pick it up after their regular business hours.
The dudes that work there are nice, and professional, and I have a working computer again. Win win! I couldn’t be any happier! One thing that I really enjoyed was that each of their receipts has a QR code so you can check the status of your repair in real time!
Whenever I have a computer problem, I now have a business I trust and can rely on. I’m a 100% satisfied customer and would recommend this business to anyone who needs repairs.

These guys were very friendly and helpful when I called with a hardware emergency. They got me right in and provided an excellent solution at a great price. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with these guys in the future.
