I’ve been going to TriNatural for two years now. I’ve primarily seen Kamala for chiropractic care and she is wonderful. She is patient and always remembers what we talked about the last time I was there, which amazes me considering how many people she sees. I’ve also been adjusted by Kari who is also wonderful. Barb is great if you are looking for acupuncture. I saw her for some upper back tension and it worked! I’ve also done massage there with Ashley and Jill. The whole staff is really wonderful, you’ll feel right at home here!

After 15+ years of Dr visits and chiropractors this is the only place that has gotten to the root of my pain and given me relief from headaches and neck pain

First time patient and I’m pretty sure I’m hooked! What an excellent staff and caring doctor, who wasn’t rush and took the time to explain what was wrong with me and the plan to help get me back in order. I don’t have any chiropractor to compare Dr Griffith to, but I won’t need to since I’m pretty sure she’s great! One big improvement after just one visit was the range of motion in my neck! Kamala is my chiropractor. Her focus is on postural correction and she knows her stuff! Barb is the acupuncturist and former physical therapist who has an amazing integrated knowledge that can’t be matched. They accept all types of insurance and are some of the most helpful and HILARIOUS health care professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.
I originally went to TriNatural for numbness in my arms at night. Kamala discovered my problem was called crush syndrome and she worked with me to release the offending tight front muscles, strengthen my upper back, and become more aware of how I use my body in daily activities.
Barb’s acupuncture really did the trick to relieve the pain immediately so I could sleep and heal quicker. She needled my EARS which was very effective… and different!
The support staff are all amazing and friendly as well. Great job on the hiring and training process!
The clinic is always clean, bright and conveniently located in uptown. TriNatural is truly the best in its class and you’d be doing yourself a favor to choose them for your natural healing.

I started going to TriNatural for massages which are great, but I was recently having some lower back pain and decided to try the chiropractor. I think I have been 4 times now, and the pain is gone and I feel more limber than I have in a long while. I usually get pretty stiff after jogging, but I’ve notice this less lately.
