If you are considering The Reserve Apartments just be aware you need to get EVERYTHING in writing as what they say and what they do don’t always match. They will go in the direction that benefits The Reserve not the people that pay their rent on time. Look long and hard before you choose The Reserve. There are other apartment complexes that really care about their residences and not the all mighty dollar.

Another apartment complex that thinks its to good for anyone. I am more than capable of paying over 5 times their rent and stll I felt I was met with a «You shouldn’t be here» type attitude, followed by a «We’re booked» sarcasm. Before I was able to explain anything about my search I was told they had a waitlist and that It would be a while before I would be able to aquire anything. The property itself looked from the outside to be a 9⁄10 but I never saw the inside due to nothing being available to tour. I was extremely displeased with the general approach to the new renters process with emphasis on the employees. If you want to consider this place, GOOD LUCK!
