T-Mobile is the worst service, at the store. Reps are RUDE!!! You are way better off calling customer support & ask to speak with customer loyalty. The only reason I’m still with them is bcs of the new phone they hooked me up with(After misleading me on the original phone I wanted, and then giving me a Samsung Galaxy S4, WHICH I had to pay extra for and sucked! After about 7 months all my calls went straight to voicemail mail, causing me to miss important calls from my drs & lawyers, bcs I NEVERGOT A VM Notice)! Finally a very nice woman in the customer loyalty dept, hooked me up with the new HTC9, which is AWESOME! Never go into the store, just call cs and ask for the customer loyalty dept. F T-Mobile and their ridiculous service agents!

Waited in line because for some reason this location was super busy. After finally getting to one of the employees we explained the phone we had was having problems with the camera and since we had insurance would probably need to send it out. Employee took out the battery, put it back in, accused us of installing viruses and said to reset the phone and come back after. We were then shooed out the door with the employee doing nothing more than taking out the battery(huh?) Would be one star but gave two because I’m hoping the lack of attention was due to the many other customers in the store.
