St Mary’s Window Cleaning Services

I used St Mary’s a couple of weeks ago and agree that the window cleaning price is high @ $ 191. I only had them do the outside, I took off all the screens and cleaned them and still got charged $ 191.
Blowing off the roof and cleaning the gutters for $ 150 was a good price and plan to have them do the roof and gutters every 3 months. I am too old to be on a ladder.
The two young men showed up within the hour window. Both were professional and personal. Based on prices from other company’s to do the gutters I will stay with St. Mary’s.
If they would adjust their price on window cleaning I would have given the 5 stars.

We chose St. Mary’s after initially rejecting them because of sticker-​shock. Their quote for window cleaning seemed high, until we started checking around and found that (while on the high end) it was the prevailing rate for a house our size.
When I finally called to book the service I mentioned the $ 10 off first-​time customer coupon I had. They revised the estimate but the final work order was based on the first computer entry so i was charged the original amount, but when I emailed my concern they promptly sent a refund check.
The tech (Dylan) was excellent, although about 30 mins. late, hence the three-​stars. I’m not an early riser so getting up early for an 8am appointment was already a nuisance; the slight tardiness was annoying. However, Dylan made up for it by doing a great job.
In the end I think they were too expensive but the 5 hours it took them (Dylan had helpers arrive about ½ way through his work) saved me from a task that would probably take me 2 days. All window tracks, screens and inside/​outside glass was clean! Yay. we can see out!

These guys have been coming out to do our windows and gutters for years. They are always fast and do a great job. They offer good specials sometimes, such as free gutter cleaning when you do all of your windows. I love how clean everything looks once they are done. That is until my two kids get their fingers all over the windows :)
