Sprint Store

Came in on Sunday and was quickly welcomed and greeted. Staff was very kind, sales representative who attended us was very nice and she had a great sense of humor. I would give 5 stars but it did take a while for them to call me up but that’s only because their were people in front of me. I’m canceling my T-​Mobile for sprint, next Sunday though because they didn’t have the phone I wanted. Maya was super nice and really chill. If you go their I recommend maya she isn’t one of those attitude type of ppl and she doesn’t annoy you like some cell phone representatives do at other places. Thanks maya hope I see you again when I get my iPhone 6s Plus delivered!

This location is horrible, came in a few weeks ago with my sisters to upgrade their phones. No one greeted us as when we walked in, instead they just looked and continued with who they were with. After a few minutes someone came over and checked us in. During the transaction the assistant manager kept chiming in about some new deal and I just wanted him to shut up. My other sister was helped by this young girl who lacked any customer service, she was so rude and condescending to us. I went in a few weeks earlier and upgraded my phone only to learn that they upgraded the wrong line. When I told the employee what happened she responded with «No I didn’t!» The employees here really need to learn what customer service is! Save your time and money and head to another sprint store. This one is a total joke! I wish I could give them no stars at all!!!

Horrible customer service, instead of telling you what you need to hear about how much money your going to be paying they insist on telling you how it’s so great how you can get a free tablet! But you only pay for service BULLSH$& your actually paying for service and the actual tablet. Which is far from free and ends up being MORE then retail price. (Found out by calling the corporate number) Don’t waste your time going here you’ll most likely get screwed over like I did they have the biggest employee turn around I’ve ever seen that should tell you something. Lesson learned

Sprint and this store deserve no stars!!! they completely lied to me about a number of things and on top of everything the short blonde kid with tattoos made off with a copy of my debts card he said he was faxing off for a discount for me… a discount i never got!!! he promised numerous discounts and we made changes to my plan… surprise surprise… no discounts! when i went back to the store and called sprint it was all his word against mine and he said he promised me nothing and never took a copy of my card!!! on top of it all they wouldn’t let me return anything either! filed complaint with BBB and sprint is still «investigating». i’m not holding my breath for a fix! can’t wait to cancel sprint! DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE! Warned! cancled my debt card and got a new one! update. still having problems with sprint! crooks!

Was helped as soon as I walked in. Great attitudes and happy people. Chimmy (sorry probably butchered that) and the phone tech Jeremy (I think) bent over backwards to help me with my phone issues.

Wife killed her phone while we where in Vancouver, was nearby this Sprint store that also has a fix it help thing where they try to fix your phone, was worth a shot but they said she had to send it in as it was beyond their abilities to fix it, so I guess she will be without a phone for a week.
We do have the insurance plan on our phones, but that just means it wont cost as much to fix, $ 100 charge to fix it if you send it in– I would tink insurance should mean that they should be able to fix it without charge either at the store or mail in right?

I was so disappointed by the service I received at this store. My phone cracked and I went in to see what my options were. There was a young man hanging a sign and all of the representatives were helping someone else. I didn’t know if I was supposed to check in or make an appointment. So I walked up a repair person and they said some one will be with me as soon as they are free. So I waited for 15 minutes and when a representative was free, he walked into the back room without acknowledging that I was there (He had seen me, I was the only one waiting with my phone in hand) and then the young man that was hanging a sign finally finished hanging the sign, saw the representative wasn’t helping me and walked over to me to assist. (I’m thinking why didn’t he do that in the first place, but maybe he wasn’t supposed to). He took all of two minutes to hand me a card and tell me to call the insurance company, pay the $ 50 deductible and that was it. Found out from the insurance company that it was actually $ 150 so, in addition, I was given misinformation. Not very good customer service.

Went in to exchange a phone after being assured by Sprint corporate that an exchange was OK. Employees were rude and unhelpful. Would recommend avoiding this store if at all possible, with their poor service and high priced items. If you must use the slow Sprint network, Amazon is a much better choice for both phones and gear. Best bet is to use another carrier with a decent network.
