By far the slowest car wash I have ever been to. It took over an hour for my car to be completed and the actual cleaning itself was mediocre at best. If this wasn’t one of the main options in Vancouver for a full-​service car wash, I would probably never come here again.

I went there yesterday n paid 29.99 to get my car washed in and out but I was surprised when I got into the car. …my back doors were not cleaned and the front mirror was not clean could see stains of dirty water… will never go back to this place again…

Full service for almost $ 20 and they didn’t vacuum under my kids booster seat. Exterior was also done poorly. Have to bring my car back after complaining. Not worth the two trips or the $ 20.

We purchased the 10 wash discounted pass for the Deluxe Car Wash. They let my wife & me split it, 5 passes each, which was really nice of them. Overall, they do a nice job on the vehicles; they clean the car inside & out, including tires & wheels. On one visit the windshield wasn’t completely clean, so I asked the guy to clean it a bit better and he did. Overall I’m fairly happy with it.

I dropped my van off on the 1^st of August to be cleaned. My primary concern was dog hair in my van. When I came back to claim it. There was dog hair in large patches still on the seats. These were areas that were clearly not vacuumed. They tried to blame it on circulation of the air flow of the van. Yeah right when you can clearly see the areas were not vacuumed. I will not bring my business back here. They never offered me a loaner car as well. I wondered around in very high temperatures. Bought water at the 7 eleven. Walked to the Fred Meyer. Very hot and uncomfortable and returned two hours later to a van that was still dirty with dog hair. Do not use their service. The inside of my windshield still has streaks that make it hard to see on a sunny day. You also would think that after paying 140.00 that they would run it through their cheap car wash

I wish there was an option to give negative stars. I spent $ 20 and waited 30 minutes only to get the worst car wash ever. Not only were there water spots all over my windows and mirrors but there was excessive soap left every where creating lines dripping down the sides of my car. Not to mention the measly job they did vacuuming inside. The general manager first tried justifying why there was still soap left all over my car… then after a few minutes of her going back and forth with me on why she thought it’s acceptable to leave soap on a car she finally offered to fix it but after waiting 30 minutes, looking at the dirty rags they used and having two kids with me I just asked for my money back. She continued to argue with me so when I asked for the manger’s contact Information she pointed to herself saying «I’m the manager and the owner is completely hands off» she then only offered to give me $ 8 back. As I was leaving another gentleman was complaining about his car as well. WORST CAR WASH I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. Do not go here.

I paid $ 29 for an interior and exterior wash today. For that price, you would expect a CLEAN car.
I chose the more expensive option because I wanted my cup holder washed out. I even left the lid of the holder open so it wouldn’t be missed. As I went to drive away I opened the cup holder back up to find that they had just closed it without cleaning it. My daughter had already been strapped into her car seat so I had to wait for someone to come back out and stand there while they cleaned it. The doors weren’t wiped down at all.
I have a tree in my front yard that occasionally drops plums on my car. They didn’t bother cleaning it off the hood of my car or the window. I was able to get it off at home using a wet towel. I should have to wash my car after the car wash.
Super disappointed in the level of service I received here today. As with other reviewers, I was told a lazy staff member did it. I wouldn’t go back.

I don’t Unilocal very often but I had to after numerous experiences with this company. I have taken my car here about 10x in the past 2 years and always let the attendant know that I am more concerned with the interior cleaning and every time they up sell me by telling the more expensive packages will be more detailed. Sure enough, today I went in and paid more and left unhappy as usual. Lesson learned… Finally. Every single time I pick up my car after a 45 minute wait, there is numerous areas they missed with the vacuum and simple cleaning of dash. Of the 10 times I have gone now, 10 times I have had to ask them to please come back and do a little more thorough job and each time the attendant blames someone else for clearly visible areas that were missed. I won’t go back again. I always thought the next time would be better but it’s clear they are training their staff that quantity is better than quality.

I’ve visited this car wash place twice, both times getting the «supreme,» which is the most expensive wash. The first time they weren’t busy at all and I got a great wash. I was super impressed. I would say four star, because I did have to ask them to re– vacuum the back, which they did happily.
This time the place was a lot busier. They upcharged my minivan to a full size van (minivan is listed as $ 1.25 up charge, full size van is $ 4.) The cashier claimed that my Town & Country was full size. Instead of arguing I just didn’t leave a tip. But also, I don’t think they cleaned the van as well as they did on the day that there was no line. There was dust on the dashboard and my front window still has dirt on it. So would I go back? Maybe… If I find a day where I’m the only customer again…

They were very friendly and helpful. It was pretty packed but they came right to the car window to help us.
The drive thru wash was blocked off, don’t think it’s not available.
The woman wasn’t exactly sure how to use the Unilocal coupon but charged up for a lower priced service instead.
The car looked pretty good afterward except for some weird wax on the hood of the car.

I should have read the reviews on this place. I went here to get a simple car wash and vacuum. There were only three cars ahead of me and I waited for 30 minutes to see my car get to the other side. Then when it got to the other side they were working on one car for about 15 minutes. My car just sat there and I watched two young men just walk by and not even jump on it to get it done. Then I finally told someone I needed to go so they started my car. Then some lady came over and they started to talking to her just ignoring my car. I was pissed I just jumped in my car and drove away. I didn’t think it would take an hour for then to wash my car.
This place has no sense of getting the job done or urgency. They are high school kids who don’t care. There are no hard working people here. I spent $ 20 on a job half done because I needed to GO!
Never go back here!!!

Disappointed. There was so much opportunity to get a simple job done really well and the! issues the mark. My car wasn’t that dirty to begin with so a good machine wash should have gotten the paint really shining in the summer sun. I got the $ 24 package and it just didn’t happen. After getting my keys back and doing a walk around of my car, I saw several spots where dirty drying clothes left streaks and marks on the body and glass. Disappointed. My dash and console still had smudges and crumbs. Disappointed. My wheels were still dirty. Disappointed. Definitely not a fan, good thing I don’t go to Vancouver often.

The staff spends more time shuffling around and not washing cars than anything else, use any other car wash but this one. Waited 45 minutes today to get my car paid at 11:28 got my car at 12:13. Never coming back.

Came in to get a car wash and a vacuum. While I was waiting for my car I noticed there was a broken side mirror in the car wash! Luckily this was not from my car. But I feel bad whoever’s it was because they have no idea what happened. Then they asked me if some floor mats were mine. they were not, so that just means they forgot to put them back into somebody’s car after taking them out to vacuum. Overall they gave me good service. but because of what I saw, I’m only giving them three stars

Went to this «car wash» yesterday over paid $ 29.99 for the Deluxe car wash. The only thing deluxe about it is the cost. Windows were not touched, rainx treatment was a joke (if it was even applied). Worst experience I have ever had. Called today and asked for a manager. Person in phone said he was. I told him I had a negative experience and he said, «thanks for letting me know» and he hung up. Not ever going back there and I implore you to not waste time nor money.

Worse car cleaning I have ever experienced. After waiting for over 30 minutes for my brand new car to go through the wash (even though there was only 3 ahead of me, 8 cars went through first). I watched from outside and saw they had several guys who were really great at detailing. Unfortunately, I got the «slacker» guy who obviously hated his job. My car was left in the sun for over 15 minutes and dried, had water spots everywhere and even had water streaks on several of the windows from not getting wiped properly. I watched him lift the hatch but my rear bumper was never wiped and was coated in dirt around the entire opening. My side mirror was popped out and never put back in place, my seats where moved to some crazy position on both sides and the most basic spots in my car where never touched.
My service cost $ 21.00 and I tipped the guy another 5 bucks before I saw what a lousy job he did or I would never have done that. I drove off quickly as I had been there almost and hour and wanted to get going. WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN!

First time here, paid for deluxe wash —
Didnt look like they put any «tire protectorant»
No scent in car at all after asking for vanilla
Dirt/​no cleaning in multiple places inside car
Very disappointed, will be finding a new car wash spot

Terrible first time experience here, paid for their Super Deluxe wash, received poor wash quality, there was actual dirt left on my truck tailgate, and had to argue with the attendant that cleaning the wheels and wiping out the interior door pockets was advertised as part of the service. The wash left soap on my vehicle that I pointed out and was told it would blow off while I’m driving. The red towels they use left red fibers everywhere that the attendant refused to wipe off, again telling me «they’ll just blow off when you drive, I can’t wipe it off». Despite these comments I consider myself pretty easy going and don’t comment often but this was a complete waste of $ 30.

I took my car in today after it was broken into this morning. It stunk to high heaven of dirty nasty crackhead smell and they got mud on my floor mats, leather interior and overall left me feeling very violated. I of course wiped my car down with a Clorox wipe before touching anything (gross!) and driving it over to have it cleaned
Anyway they did an amazing job cleaning my car, the bad energy is gone and they found money that clearly the tweekers didn’t find and left it on my console. They didn’t have to do that I didn’t even know the money was in the car but they did. It’s nice to know that there are honest people in the world who do the right thing and also take pride in their work. Would highly recommend them.

Daniel the Manager and Kirk the detailer, Awesome! If not for the great customer service this review would have been written about the first trip on Saturday, not the second time in that same day where Daniel and Kirk took an hour to detail my car at the end of their work day. I appreciated the professionalism and courtesy from them both, not to mention making the issues we had, right.
