La Center, WA
Worst experience I’ve ever had. All they care about is sending an inflated bill to your insurance company. Dishonest, greedy, arrogant! They promised all kinds of work would be done and then they don’t actually do any of it. Really just horrible! They get you to sign something that states they can deal with your insurance company directly… then they send them a bill for whatever your maximum coverage is. When I called the Servpro corporate office it was a complete waste of time.
