I went there when it first opened in the Vancouver Mall. I found two great tattoo artists, and still go to them at their own shop today when I’m in town. I never liked this shop, however, and several times heard the owner talk about(loudly) his staph infection. Whether it was recent or old, I don’t know, but that combined with the total disregard of good customer service after he let go some great people, always deterred me from coming back.

I went in here and thought it was a decent place. My cartilage piercing fell out and so I came back. The piercer told me to leave it out for a week because my piercing was irritated and to come in the following week. I came back to get it re-pierced but he wasn’t there so someone else helped me. He ended up piercing my cartilage crooked and took too long to heal that I took it out. Now I have to get my cartilage pierced elsewhere. Very disappointed!

Love the shop. Rob is an amazing artist and very professional! Everyone is super nice and the shop is clean. My husband and I both got tattoos from Rob and we couldnt be happier with the work he did!
