I ordered a Cobb Salad to go last night. I usually go to Elmers however i was in the area and thought i would try one here. i will not be doing that again. I think it cost more and was literally half the salad. Very disappointed.

Came here for my birthday lunch last Sunday & it was great. I’ve been to many, many Red Lobsters before but what made this one better were all the employees. Our waitress was a really sweet African American girl who was very attentive. The restaurant was really busy because it was lunch time on a weekend, however, this waitress was wonderful! I really wish I knew her name. I got the coconut shrimp which is always yummy & the chocolate cake for dessert. It was SO chocolatey good! They sang happy birthday to me & were genuinely nice

New menu items again, and everything we got was great! Service was outstanding… friendly and pretty quick, too. Lunch size portions, with lower prices for the size of the meal is a big draw for us when deciding where to grab our lunch at during the week. I had the Cajun Chicken Linguine on this trip, without the cajun. It was great, and my friend had the dueling lobster tails and loved them, too.

It was kind of crazy when we came here. The waiters were obliging, but stressed and running around dropping things all over the place. The main attraction: the cheddar biscuits – were in short supply because they had a rookie cook trying to figure out how to make them(we were told). When I was given a free chocolate Sunday for my birthday, I passed it to my family to eat, because I’m not a huge fan of ice cream. They said, «why don’t you send it back?» i explained that it’s usually bad form to demand food substitutions on free food, especially after the most stressed, weary-looking waiters I’ve ever seen, just sang you happy birthday.

Always a good stand by… Reliably good seafood. Nothing extraordinary but can count on a good meal. Wood grilled shrimp tacos are good.

Terrible service. Waitress was so unfriendly, made my husband and me feel uncomfortable and sprayed lobster juice all over me continuously. After bringing it to her attention, I was told it comes with the package. And continued taking apart the lobster and soaking me. I’m furious to this day. Ruined our date night. Food wasn’t great either, dry and bland.

I have to say, we came here this particular night(Friday 11−6−15) because Outback was too crowded and the wait too long. I’m the crab leg lover and had been wanting to get over to Red Lobster since my birthday in June. Finally made it, even if somewhat circuitous! We were told it was a 20 min wait and it just about was, maybe a little less. It was very crowded and busy… but we enjoyed the atmosphere immediately. The wait staff was very nice even while we waited to be seated they nodded and smiled. Anyway, we sat down at a table and JEROME was our waiter. Could not have been a better experience. Jerome was fabulous in every way. Courteous, knowledgeable about the menu, and very attentive the entire time, not to mention just a lot of fun! Had the best crab legs I ever ate… sweet, tender, and delicious. Hubby had tilapia and daughter had pasta. Everyone said the same thing — very delicious! We decided to have desert too, I had the chocolate chip lava cookie… OMG! YUMMMMMM! Hubby had carrot cake — also a hit! Will definitely come back sooner after this meal. Oh, and of course the rolls are always to die for delicious! Extra thanks to Jerome, and several other of the wait staff that joked with us and made the evening extra special. Thank you, from a very happy customer.

Haven’t been here in awhile, was excited to come try it again. Kind of disappointing. My baked potato only came with butter, I expected the whole enchilada, bacon cheese chives and butter. My shrimp pasta was pretty thick and not too enjoyable. My other two shrimps were as good as before which was a plus. Overall I don’t think I would want to choose here for dinner if I had to choose. Good service though! They always are under appreciated.

This is the 3rd time we had dinner here. Food was consistently great and was fast and friendly. Our server was Shawn and she was extremely nice, friendly, and courtesy. We had another great experience here and would recommended.

I know what you’re thinking. It’s a national chain. The butt of many a joke. Michael Scott might think Red Lobster is the epitome of fine dining and trendiness, but this is the Pacific Northwest. Fresh chinook, kumamoto oysters, and Dungeness crab are about as abundant as drive-up coffee kiosks or bearded hipsters(or drive-up coffee kiosks staffed by bearded hipsters). Why would anybody choose Red Lobster? For starters, there are the Cheddar Bay biscuits. Oh, those biscuits. Introduced in the early 90s, they are now RL’s best known and most popular menu item, and rightfully so. They are delicious. And while the seafood won’t win any awards for originality or creative presentation, it is predictably good. Years ago their dishes left much to be desired — I remember a particularly unpleasant salmon experience once upon a time — but the food quality has gone up a notch in recent years. Unfortunately, so have the prices. I prefer a more home-grown experience at McGrath’s Fish House, for instance. Emphasis there on locally sourced seafood and decent prices. But I digress. Red Lobster won’t disappoint, but it will not overwhelm, either. I do like the fact that their Lighthouse menu has several healthy choices for people(counting their carbs/watching their calories/limiting their fat). On my most recent visit I opted for the parmesan crusted tilapia, and it was quite good. My server was more than happy to substitute a second vegetable when I didn’t want the accompanying starch. I chose a garden salad with blueberry balsamic dressing, and that was probably the star of the show. My dining companion loved the lobster bisque but found the stuffed mushrooms lacking in flavor. And so it goes. The mall location has been around for quite a while and is overall pretty clean and appealing. Service was quick and efficient, and the servers pleasant. I guess if you’ve gotta go with a restaurant chain, there are worse choices out there. But if you’re in the mood for good seafood, there are better choices, as well.

This restaurant is still great. It has changed so much through the years, but has always had wonderful service. I highly recommend you request either Ryan or Kayla as your server and neither one of them will disappoint you. I also love how the menu has changed frequently through the years. The look inside hasn’t changed much, but are you there for good food and service or are you there to stare at walls?

I went on my first date here with my boyfriend a year ago and was not disappointed, the service was friendly, and we accidentally sat 30 min past closing and were not kicked out! Even though it was nine, the food was fresh and the servers checked in often! Will defiently be back.

This would have been four to five stars fifteen years ago, but this chain has gone downhill in just about every way since then. But still, the food is adequate. The biscuits are still good(not as good as they used to be) and the portions are good-sized. I usually get the salmon, baked potato, and walt’s favorite shrimp with a salad. Not bad for the money. The salmon is usually either a little too dry or too slimy, the baked potato doesn’t come ‘loaded’ like it used to, but the worst thing is definitely walt’s shrimp… I don’t know who ‘Walt’ is, but I doubt its still his favorite. They are now square and weird tasting the last couple times we ordered them, so we actually asked the waitress and she told us what the problem was. She wasn’t supposed to probably, but the breaded shrimp is no longer breaded and prepared at the restaurant. They are breaded at a central location and then shipped in. They are horrible now and I can’t order them anymore because of it. Of course, we don’t come here at all anymore. Too painful given all the great experiences my family had coming to this chain in past years. If you guys want some suggestions, PM me.

Ryan was our waiter, he was very pleasant and attentive. The cheesy bread is tasty. I ordered the 4 item meal for $ 16.99, which includes chowder, salad, choice of a couple entrees, and dessert. A great value for everything you get.

Nice little atmosphere. I usually get a blended Strawberry Lemonade, The Best. Got the talapia with the stuffed crab, topped with lobster. Lobster was lacking. Talapia was good as well as the brocoli. Next time, I would swap the rice for a baked potato or more broccoli.
