This is my second time trying Pizza Hut. I made the switch from dominos thinking I had nothing to lose. Wrong! The first time was something small. The delivery driver struggled to carry our bag of pizzas, couldn’t find a pen, and opened the carrying bag and told me to get my food. The boxes were not presentable but the food was edible so I found no real reason to complain. Well today I gave them another chance. The girl who answered the phone was awful. She was rude, acted like I was putting her out by calling in my order. At the end of the call she was short and impatient. I should have cancelled my order but we had hungry guest. The driver arrived, parked like a jerk partially in the driveway, across the sidewalk and into the road. He wasn’t friendly and also acted put out. Not even thankful acting after I tipped him. It is customer service, does it suck sometimes, sure, but fake it, greet people and thank your customers.

Pizza was supposed to be ready at 6 p. m for pickup. It’s 6:25. That’s 25 minutes I’ve had to sit inside a Pizza Hut.

It’s November, and they have the thermostat set to refrigerate! Asked about turning up the heat, and they can’t. Seems the thermostat is under a lock box and only the regional manager has a key! Also ordered coffee, but it seems they don’t have creamer! Coffee sent back. The only good thing was the pizza, although I don’t like it as well since they changed the marinara sauce a few years ago. We won’t be back.

Worst delivery time ever. I ordered my pizza two weeks ago and the delivery took over an hour. They said that it was a busy night so I cut them some slack, paid them a nice tip, and sympathized with them. Tonight I ordered my pizza at 10:30 and it still hasn’t arrived over an hour and 20 minutes later. I called them and they said«oh, are you calling about your late delivery? Well I’ll give you 3 dollars off.» I would rather pay more and get my delivery before I starve. This is completely unacceptable. I feel like they need to either hire more people so that their staff isn’t overwhelmed, or figure something else out. I will never order here again.

On line ordering was fine… delivery was fine. Pizza was HORRIBLE. I got the«skinny beach» pizza… awful. worst pizza of my life. Pizza Hut has a «Love the flavor» promise… when I called they apologized, but didn’t offer me a refund or anything. Stay away from these new flavors… horrible… not much in the way of toppings, the crust tastes like they put sugar in it, and the other flavors don’t mesh well.

Amazing service from Jimmy delivery boy/manager. Back at the shop they made an error making pizza. Jimmy corrected the error with a credit and an apology to make it right! Good job Jimmy!!!

Jimmy — delivery/MANAGER the best pizza guy ever !! Pizza was wrong but Jimmy made it right! He pulled in my driveway with his amazing car and sexy Pizza Hut outfit; his swagger was perfect he rang my bell !! I opened my door and he gently put the pizza in my hand… He had me sign with a green sharpie pen(how did he know I love green) Jimmy noticed my my Seahawk jersey but not that there was no chicken on my pizza, how does this happen one may ask??? I guess he knew he was coming to my house and was distracted. I ate my pizza and right at the last bite jimmy called and gave me a 15.00 credit for the error but it’s ok I just wish that chicken was in my under… Love Pizza Hut and jimmy till the day I die! The Pizza is what you’d come to expect from a Pizza Hut. The nice thing this location does is put a status board so at least you know how long your wait will be.

Pizza Hut is so nasty now. I remember loving this pizza about 25 years ago… today it’s just super gross and disappointing. Was not able to finish one slice it was so bad. If you want a pizza delivered because you’re just too tired to cook anything or run to the store… choose something else. Really! Anything else!

No one in here only customer @ 7pm. This place is dead. Oh well hoping to get pizza, starving. 30min later I order I was about to walk out. Dominos is better! Waitress walks off after serving my pizza and didn’t offer any napkins and refill my soda. Oh and they ran out of Dr Pepper… After sippin on pepsi $ 10 pizza. Waited 30min ate one slice, asked for a box to go and walk out and enjoy a movie at home and ate cold pizza.

I don’t normally write up chain resturants but pizza Hut has been running this long term special that well; it is special. how about any pizza, any size for $ 10! They are a a bit better than other pizza chains and at $ 10 I wonder how they can make it for a profit. The times I’ve eaten in there is this older Asian server is wonderful. Do check about take out or dine in. This sometimes affects the special price. I usually eat with family and they like the Chicago deep dish style crust. I like New York style but Pizza Hut’s deep dish is better than their thin crust.

I have been here twice in the last 6 months and have been disappointd both times. The first time we decided to dine in. They forgot to make our bread sticks and we didn’t get them until after we had finished our pizza. They did make up for this by giving us a free pizza to take home, but the waitress was talking crap about her boss and the cooks the whole time we were there. The second time we put in our order online. I went there to pick it up and still had to wait almost an hour before I got my pizza. Then, I had ordered cheesy bread sticks and heard the girl telling everyone else that was ordering while I was waiting that they were out but could make«something similar.» She never mentioned this to me and when I opened them I realized I was given the«something similar.» There were no apologies or even and acknowledgement that my order had taken 3 times as long as it was supposed to. I realize that the people who work for pizza hut aren’t always going to be what you might find at the Chart House, but I do expect some sort of professionalism from any business, I am paying for the food, not for a show of how much everyone there hates their job.
