Do we really know that the computer expert does what he says? No. So trust and honesty is paramount. Taps has large amounts of both. He is trying very hard to develop his business mainly because that’s the way he thinks and Mrs Taps has a cute baby girl in her tummy
As consumers we need to support this business. I was not taken advantage of in anyway. I will return for future repairs if needed. his fee was very competitive.

Forgot to mention that we were traveling through on our way to Langley BC and had to have both our laptops done in one day. No problem. Great service.

Taps was great to work with. Honest, hard working, and extremely reasonable pricing. Our computers motherboard crashed and we took it to Taps. Ended up buying a new computer. He recycled the old parts for us and was also able to recover most of our data and out it in an external hard drive.
Would most definitely use him again.

He was fast, and professional at removing my virus, and did it at a fair price! He also went the extra mile and helped me install a better anti-​virus program as well as some other programs to better protect my PC, so as to reduce the chances of having to come back. I highly recommend him.

Wow! I could not be more impressed. After spending most of the night trying to get my dead computer to come to life, I fortunately found Tapps He not only was able to fix my old computer that only had a black screen and Windows wouldn’t open at all, but he transferred all the data to my new computer. The new computer with Windows 8.1 had its own issues which he fixed and also installed a program, so my computer functions similar to Windows 7, meaning I might not throw it out the window. And, he did all of this, same day service, on a Saturday. I feel so at ease knowing I can call Tapps! A true professional!

Ive been so happy over the last couple yrs, Ive returned with all my family’s various PC’s and laptops…
Often it is same day service, but Ive had 1 repair take 2 days due to me wanting to replace a deteriorating harddrive.(.and then cloning all the data over to the new one).He has never tried to upsell his services, unnecessary upgrades or parts, (like every repair store does!). He’ll show you what hes done, and have great recommendations for keeping your computer clean, safe, and running smooth.
Dont expect a fancy store, with all the overhead… He is a one man business, out of his home… He’s great! and it works. Ffor what he can do for you, his prices are outstanding… I hand my money over with a huge smile on my face, everytime.

After spending 5+ hours trying to pretend to be a computer expert, I finally decided to admit the obvious and take my computer in for repairs. I was 99% sure it had malware as it was running extremely slow and recently refused to connect to the internet. I was able to find PC Rescue Wiz via their website and called to schedule an appointment. I dropped off my computer and Taps (owner) had it fixed and ready for me within 5 hours of my first phone call. Extremely fast repair and my computer actually connects to the internet now. Taps also downloaded free virus removal software for me and walked me through how to use it (my computer had 6 viruses). Along with this he gave some very good tips on computer care and cleaned out my computer’s fan. Very fast, very professional, and a very happy customer. I will definitely be returning for future repairs.
