Went into the store to purchase a $ 100 item. The«greeter» asked if they could help me. I told them what I wanted. They started by looking around and saying I should talk to a certain person. I waited and waited. Nothing. Then I asked to just show me where I could find the item in the store. She pointed down a couple aisles and said it would be down there in one of those I think. Now frustrated, I go looking. I look in both places she suggested, I look for customer assistance — no one, I look in other parts of the store where I thought the item would be shelved. Finally I tell my self, I will go to Best Buy as I originally intended. As I am going out of the store a man is chatting casually with Miss Greeter. He asks if he can help me! I laughed(to myself) and said no and headed straight to Best Buy where I spent my money!

They were all very helpful and very knowledgeable! The prices weren’t too bad but I would come here over other places because the customer service was excellent.

The location and feel is really only worth 3 stars, it’s the customer service that brings it to 4! I print things off there weekly and no matter how busy they are they time to try and keep the wait short. There is always someone to answer your question, and if they can’t, they find someone who can. Probably the best customer service that I have had from an office supply store!

There is always someone there when you walk in the door to help you find where to go. The store has a wonderful selection of all office items and the staff seem to be pretty knowledgeable and friendly.
