I’ve had two appointments so far and both were great. First one was with the dentist who was friendly and explained things well. The second appointment was for a cleaning and also had a great experience. Overall, I like this place because they are not a bunch of fake smiles. Instead they seem genuinely nice but also like real people. The office crew is the same way. Not artificially nice but a good balance of polite, friendly, fun, proficient, knowledgeable and good at explaining things. Yes, they have a long wait for new clients but if the other clients had the same experience as me then I can understand why they don’t ever loose clients. Anyway, I am hopeful that other dentist will end up adopting this model of affordable dentistry because it seems like there are other people in the community who would use their services.

Wow. SERIOUSLY!!! a YEARWAITINGLIST for people on State Insurance? When you represent yourself to «Care about the community»??? MAJORFAIL. If you have State insurance, FORGET these people. WHAT a joke. A VERY.BAD.JOKE.

After communicating my frustration w/the manager, she gave me a $ 100 discount and apologized profusely. I was also given GREAT communication of what happened, how it would be resolved, and what to expect afterwards. I’m happy to say my dentures are great, and I am thrilled with the results. I think my experience was an anomoly and I am happy with how it was handled! Thank you, New Day!
