So on Monday my daughter paid to have her hair done at a beauty salon. The hairdresser explained to my daughter not to blow dry her hair, as it would damage the hair. So my daughter left with a wet head, obviously listening to THE hairdresser. Her hair dried and you guessed it ORANGE, but worse than that it looked like it had been cut with kitchen scissors. MAJOR chop marks all over. I explained to my daughter she was going back to the shop the next day, and she did. My daughter was offered the same «hairdresser» and she refused (God I love my kid) so they sent her to one of their other shops. This is where my daughter met Patty, and according to my daughter Patty was wonderful, and she tried her best to fix all the screw ups from Tammy at the other shop. She was forced to bleach my daughters hair to help correct this problem (and thank you Patty for trying so hard). Okay bleached hair OMG can you say YUCK, but the hair cut was 100% better. So my daughter spent another evening in tears, I am a mom I called Tammy and asked for a refund so my daughter could get her hair done by someone who knows how to do hair. Tammy gave the phone to the owner of the salon, and she was so nice to me on the phone and said she wanted my daughter happy as well. Then advising my daughter to go back and see Patty, so my daughter did just that. At this point my daughter is asked to sign an agreement and my daughter calls MOM again, handing Patty the phone. Again Patty was as nice as can be, and a test strand was decided upon. My daughter now has very brown hair and is as happy as she can be that orange nor yellow is the color. Then she gets a phone call from the shop owners daughter saying «Your mom threatened to sue my moms shop». When I stopped laughing I started writing about this on facebook. I have yelled and screamed at many things in my life but this was not one of them, simply hilarious you told my daughter to never go to your moms shop again. Now I am asking all 3085 friends of mine on facebook and not to mention the word of mouth I am going to use, do not go to this shop.

Amanda ****rs That’s crazy cause I took tyson to get his hair cut a few days ago and she fucked it up and didn’t even listen to what I wanted done! It was the old lady. I will never go there again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They butchered my hair and the lady was talking trash about other customers the whole time. She was also rude to me. Made the foolish mistake of paying for the ridiculous haircut she gave me plus a tip.
Tip: No haircut from this place is worth the low price they charge. You’re far better off paying $ 15 for a semi quality cut and excellent customer service elsewhere.
