I have been eating at this location for a long time. Good food and service generally. Chicken strips have always been delicious for years. Now it seems you cheaped out. Way lesser quality tonight. Shoe leather. Thinner. $ 38 for dinner for 4. Chicken strips sucked. Great in the past. Lost me over this.

I eat about one half of a Chicken Pot Pie every 12 years or so. IMO, it’s on a par with Marie Callender but someone else does the cooking. No more Chicken Fried Steak Tuesdays(or was it Thursday?); bummer, dude. I guess the chicken is okay but I prefer to spend my grease ration elsewhere. I could never really get with their sides. I only like the corn on the cob and that’s too hit-or-miss in my mind. I think I used to like their gravy but stuff like that is high on my No-No list. I prefer Popeye’s but maybe that’s only because unlike KFC, I never ate it 52 million times in my youth. In general, it’s a typical KFC. If that’s what you wanted, you’ll do all right here. It is what it is. Cheap, greasy, filling and tolerable. I have zero problems with that.

Inconsistent orders and service, and the manager there is incredibly rude. There used to be a wonderful woman there last year that was acting as the manager and helping with the re-opening of the shop. She understood that I couldn’t eat potatoes and she would replace the Go Cups with coleslaw for me. Now there is a mean little manager there and he is trying to tell me that KFC has never done that for anyone. Severely abysmal customer service, and just mean. My fiancé and I just decided to go to Popeye’s. UPDATE: KFC manager contacted me and corrected my meal for free. However, he had an underling deal with me and wouldn’t look at or talk to me while I was there. Childish, but I will vote for the effort of the free and correct meal.

It’s a KFC. Whaddya expect? I expect a consistent product and well-executed orders… as in, get the order correct. I’ve been here three times in the last 3 years. Once inside, and twice in the drive thru. They were moments of low-salt desperation! Don’t judge. Two of those times the order was wrong… but they remedied it quickly and without attitude. This last time, unfortunately I got all the way home to start our football game and realized that the mashed potatoes came with no gravy… wait, am I supposed to ask for gravy? I called and the lady was apologetic and told me to come back and she’ll hook me up for my trouble. Unfortunately, this meant getting back in the car, driving back there, being late for my game, getting my lazy booty out of the car, in the driving rain, and going in(boohoo, baby needs his gravy!) She quickly got my gravy and hooked me up with a small side of my choice(Macaroni…I was already on a collision course with cholesterol that day anyway). It was a nice gesture and they were apologetic. The real problem here was the gal taking the order and then packing it on the headset… she was not very focused. The store is in good shape — recently remodeled and generally seems very clean. I kinda don’t like seeing the whole kitchen(including dishwaser sinks), but I like the accountability to keep it out there too. My observation is that staff at these places take a lot of abuse from unreasonable customers — so be nicer to them. It’s friggin KFC.

Not very friendly staff and always out of what I want to order. Sometimes I had to wait half an hour and brought home instead of crispy fried chicken, it was a box of soggy fried chicken and oil!!! So gross! Never go to this place if you want chicken.

I really like this place — glad I found it off the beaten path. I’m really not a fast food fan, most of the time, but the grilled chicken is great! Its always been nice and hot with a very thin and not too greasy(but not super healthy) skin.

Worst staff. Rude and dismissive. Our order is always wrong. Called back to complain about missing food and Kelsey was rude and unhelpful… Chicken tasted old and dry.
