We have had Ingrid’s cater 3 events at our office for 80 people each time. The truck arrived early, the food was on time, plentiful, and most importantly — hot and delicious. They were very professional and we didn’t have to worry about anything. I highly recommend them.

I love this food truck in Vancouver! Really unique flavors and spices! The ground lamb dish and chicken plate is amazing. They are always super friendly there, excellent service and fast! Good quality ingredients!
This is a great place to eat lunch if you are in downtown Vancouver and want good quality food and ingredients and have an adventurous palate! I am still dreaming of my lunch today!

Just ate here tonight and I’m very impressed! Very friendly, good service, but you’re at a food cart so it’s about the food right? I had the Greek Lamb. They nailed it! It’s not your typical «Mediterranean» hack job you find around here. The lamb was well cooked, precisely seasoned, and served upon a bed of couscous. The accoutrements included grilled onions, thinly-​sliced grape tomatoes, feta, and a bit of cilantro, which was a nice touch. I’ll be stopping here more often!

I am so in love with this food truck that I visit twice a week! Ingrid and John are warm and welcoming with everyone that visits their truck and the food is unbelievably delicious. I was hooked on the falafel wrap for the longest time but I’ve tried everything on the menu multiple times and have never been disappointed. My other favorite is the bunless burger. Stop by and visit them, you wont regret it!

They have a «rub» spice mix you can buy that is fantastic for BBQing at home!
My husband usually doesn’t like to try things that are different or new, but I convinced him to make his next steak with it and now he uses it every time!
We’ve used it on so many grilling recipes and each has been fantastic!
I love Ingrid’s beet humus, it is so beautiful and tastes great!
They have vegetarian options and meat options that both taste amazing, so everyone wins!

Ingrid and her man are super nice people which makes hunting down their location weekly a pleasure. The food, amazing! (only because there’s not too many other words to describe its significance)… If you haven’t tried their food, or even simply just their chicken, you are doing yourself a disservice. Check ‘em out!

Ingrid and John catered our Bunco party today. The food was AMAZING (and lots of it)! All our guests raved about it and took leftovers home. We all enjoyed their heart– healthy chicken, Kamut, cous-​cous, Falafal & salad. The sauces and humus were great too. Oh, and they make really good flat bread. It was so fun to have Ingrid’s truck right outside our front door, We would highly recommend Ingrid to anyone looking for a caterer. EXCELLENT service & food. Price was right too.

Wow! Excellent flavors, quality ingredients, everything was DELISH… Chicken perfectly cooked and juicy, the couscous was very flavorful and had asparagus, green beans, carrots, &pine nuts in it (veggies al dente as advertised). The handmade flatbread was laced with specks of herbs, both dipping sauces, the cucumber dill yogurt and the roasted red pepper almond, rocked! The food truck is in different places each day of the week… I’ll be back to Ingrid’s food truck to try the butternut squash kamut.

I’m not a falafel expert, but the dinner sized monster that I received was really tasty and filling.
Can’t wait to stop and try something else Ingrid’s. Glad to see food trucks taking hold in Vantucky!

New business in dt vancouver! Awesome just what we needed — more unique food trucks with good classic foods. Owner has a great story and they do punch cards! Got the falafel as she told me I would not be disappointed. And i definitely was not. It’s the biggest falafel I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait to try the other dishes.
