These guys are turds. Straight up turds. They barged in on my friend unannounced and refused her request to have some time to clean up her place. Turds.

Do not rent with Eqwest. They are bullies. Greg is tactless and brazen. Today, he forced his way into my house while I was at work and my wife and kids were home. They were underdressed and my wife asked for some time to clean the place up and to get dressed before they entered. NOPE! He told her it’s not her house and he just popped right in with a realtor showing the house and taking some pictures. They entered our bedroom where my daughter was sleeping in her underwear and where my infant was as well. Did he care? Nope. Disgusting, low-​life behavior. He told us he posted a notice to enter and sent mail. Never saw the post and our mail came the day of entry. Screw you Eqwest. I will aim to ruin you as a business.
