These guys are as good as it gets. The employees are consistently helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. This particular location was key in my conversion from Starbucks to DBros… The coffee is great– especially the white coffee, SOGOOD! The pricing also is a particular value. It’s much easier on the pocketbook to splurge here and get multiple drinks for family, friends or coworkers. Been here many, many times with never a poor experience.

This coffee stop can get a long line! Thats a sign of either good coffee or a slow staff. Let me tell you its the coffee and the staff is fast and very friendly. A great first smile to start your day followed by a Delsih cup of jo!

Great coffee and chai teas. Drive up can get long line, but is way faster that the walkup side. Walk up side is very slow and awkward. Good servers

I didn’t enjoy coffee until I came to this crazy place. It looked like a shack, and the folk inside were jittery like squirrels and spreading sunshine with their attitude. Yeah, after that first drink I was hooked. Squirrel Shack for life! Thank you, dutch brothers.

Not a single smile from any of the employees. Just the total price, swiped my card, gave us our coffee and shoved us on our way. We are ALWAYS pleased with how Dutchs outstanding customer service is. But not at this location. Won’t be wasting my time at this location.

Still don’t get the world’s love of Dutch Bros… Who’d want to mix coffee with a melted milkshake and warm it up? This location you’re even treated to a trio of douches, who’ve forgotten to contour their Starter hats to fit their heads, squat dancing to hip hop… Yay! I guess people just like drinking out of nipples…

Always positive staff. They always ask how I’m doing? Even though that’s their job, it feels good hearing something like that no matter which mood you’re in. I just went there a little bit ago, and told them it’s my birthday, so they just gave me a free drink! There’s a guy that used to work the early morning shift that remembered my drink. I don’t do dairy, so that’s good they have alternatives like almond milk and coconut milk. Again, awesome staff. I wish they had kombucha(like black rock hazel Dell), but hey that’s just me wanting kombucha… Haha… But yeah, Dutch is awesome.

I dig this little coffee shop. The service has always been good and I appreciate the happy, stress free workers. The only, only thing(I might just be a grumpy pants) is your loud, techno or radio rock and the I’ve had 200 cups of coffee approach to customers. Calm down yo, it’s morning for me and I can barely stand… seriously though, hi-5’s to you kids rockin the service. Y’all do a wonderful job of making me feel old, irritating me with your hyperness and making me smile. Cheers Dutch Bros. thank you for the sweet coffee goodness.

Of course Dutch Bros in simply the best. This location holds up to standards by having extra friendly employees and a line that often moves quickly. Examples of these statements: I asked if the location has a text program for offers… they do… and they employee went out of her way to tell me all about it and how to sign up. Long line? Someone will probably be taking your order by walking up to your window. Today I wanted to coffee before work. Needed to be at work at 7:00 am. Lined up at 6:45 am with four cars ahead of me. Kicker in-hand at 6:50. Amazing! So anyways… two-step program here: 1 — Sign up for the text program for special deals, such as two-stamp Tuesday and $ 2 drink specials. 2 — Just enjoy life the fact that you live in the NW, where DB is king! Oh…and don’t forget to get your new sticker each month!

Best coffee and service ever. Love the staff, always amazing and sweet. But also sincere which makes a huge difference. Gave us our first drinks free for being new to them and new to Vancouver. Blended 911’s are a life saver.

I wanted to like Dutch Bros. I really did. The first time I went I was given horrible customer service. We were in the drive-thru line and a girl came out to get our order. I said I wasn’t sure what I wanted yet as I had not seen the menu yet. The girl huffed and rolled her eyes at me. Then just walked off and mumbled something we didn’t quite hear. I figured she was having an off day, we all do. I get it. We decided to return. Same girl comes out. She sees me, rolls her eyes and says, «Do you know what you want this time or do I have to come back again?» That did it. I’m done. There are coffee shops on almost every corner. They gladly take my money and treat me with kindness and respect.

I really wish I could give this place five stars because I love Dutch Bros! On the mornings when I have class this location is directly on my route and close to home so I usually stop. The employees are all super friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience with them! The other customers however… Well as it’s been said their drive through system is fatally flawed. While most other busy locations have two pull up windows this one has only one with TWO lines of cars that merge together. This could work if people weren’t inherently rude. I have had someone cut in front of me every time. Instead of zippering in nice and neat as merges are supposed to go, people get downright pushy in order to get one measly car length ahead. One time I was there and zippered into the spot I was supposed to be in, and the lady on the other side obviously wanted to cut in and tried pushing her way in. I wasn’t having it that morning and felt like delivering a little petty justice. I ended up feeling terrible though because not only did she honk and flip me off but she also cursed out the poor guy who was running out to cars and taking orders. I think they need a second window at this location or to get rid of the merge and have only one line. People just aren’t prepared to be patient and courteous to each other yet!

This place is okay. The coffee at Dutch Bros. is extremely sweet and doesn’t really have a kick to it. You can tell that the employees are more focused on being hip and talking to customers rather than making a good cup of coffee.

The coffee is AMAZING! So are the smoothies! I go out of my way just to go to Dutch Brothers. And the service is always friendly and fun. I love that someone comes to the car to take our order to speed up service.

This Dutch Bros. is best to go to during non peak hours. It is almost comical how long the drive thru line gets sometimes. You’ll have people on 105th waiting, and people in the main parking lot waiting, so that the two lines have to merge for the drive thru lane. The people on 105th don’t bother me, but other drivers get super pissed when they have to go around them in the oncoming lane. All in all it makes for a pretty crazy circus, especially when people start yelling and honking. My wife and I probably show up and leave 2 out of 3 times and opt for the boring efficiency of Starbucks, especially when we’re in a hurry. This sucks because Dutch Bros. is better AND cheaper. Its often faster on foot if you live close by. Would love to see something done to make this location better able to handle the large demand.

This dutch brothers is cool. But the line is so long. It takes a while to get a drink if your willing to wait. I mean your in your car so you cant complain. The guy who helped us was new. He has a tattoo of an howl on his wrist. If it was not for how nice they were. They would have got more stars.

My favorite coffee place, ever! Every time I visit from Hawaii, Dutch Bros is my first stop! Tonight I got to experience my very first 9-stamp night! Awesome sauce! I’ll be filling my Dutch Bros hydro flask first thing in the morning. While waiting in line, heard that they can sub coconut water… yum! Also gonna try my first rebel this trip. Can’t wait!

If you look like you’ll tip for a hand stroking, you’re in luck. If you’re a tattooed hippy chick from Portland, make sure they don’t spit in your drink. When I elaborated on where I hailed from, their attitudes changed intensely. I don’t know WHY they asked where I live or WHY where I live is important but I notice dutch brothers chicks(or dudes?) seem to ask some… awkward questions pretty regularly and your answer will affect the quality of customer service you receive. For instance,“So, what do you do for fun on Saturdays?” I’m like,“usually I start with coffee and no questions from 17 year old girls.” Bad answer, you’re better off pretending to be deaf. You’ll avoid their incessant questions and not be treated like a bleached a-hole. The occasional game of 21 questions, obscenely long lines, feral human behavior and their habit of taking the tip from your hand and gently caressing your fingers instead of letting it reach the tip cup, it’s worth it for the ER911 and its the same quality as any other dutch brothers coffee. I’ll always go to the handsy, rude teenagers for my coffee. Cause at least it tastes better than Starbucks.

This seems to be a very busy Dutch Brothers! Busiest one I’ve seen so far. Was impressed on how they had someone going car to car to get the orders, so when you got to the window basically just had to give them the payment for your drinks and get the drink and on your way! The location here is also pretty good as its very close to I-205
