They don’t know what they are doing. Almost 3 hours for delivery. Never again.

Usually Dominos is okay but they have an issue with order accuracy. I’m regularly ordering pasta and bread. Even though I change the sauce on the bread as I don’t like red sauce, they always mess this up. Pasta portioning size seems small, one barely had enough to feed my 3 year old and was smaller than the other two. They added chicken to mine when I didn’t ask for it. Flavor is good and I love Dominos but the order accuracy is the reasoning for the 3 stars.

I order pizza from them about 5 times a year and every time… fast, friendly, delicious. 20 minutes from ordering online to at my door.

Pizza arrived late and just above room temperature, one wasn’t even sliced. Wife was hung up on after waiting 5 minutes on hold, the girl on the phone thought it was funny that one hadn’t been sliced and only retorted with«Well we ARE busy…» Of course, snarky. I guess they are bringing over a couple more pizzas after giving us trouble about not having 100% pizzas to return. Personally, I have always disliked Dominos, it’s cheap crap but my Wife likes cheap crap and we ordered from my place last time. Hopefully they keep screwing up-last count is at 5 big ruh rohs. Maybe soon I can be Dominos free!!! Please Dominos DONTCHANGE A THING!!!

I went into this location after I had made an order for some of the parm bites. I went in and paid and then stood there for 15mins while 4 employees were in the back room putting together pizza boxes. Finally one of the drivers came inside and asked if I had been helped. One of the girls finally stopped her conversation and got the parm bites that had now been sitting there for lord knows how long. When I got in my car I realized that the butter that’s put on top was leaking out of the box all over my seats. I went back in and told them I want my money back. When I opened the box the bites were floating in butter because they put so much. I then talked to the«manager» who looked about 15 and told her my situation. She then proceeded to start laughing. After all this I ended up leaving and writing a letter to the owners. He had said to send my address so he can give me some gift certificates so I was like ok at least he cares. I got the«gift certificate» and it was for one side free up to $ 6.99! Don’t break the bank domino’s!!! Needless to say I will never be going there again!!! Bad customer service and disrespectful teenagers working there!!!

I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery. Usually I had a pretty difficult order I totally thought they were going to mess it up like it has been before. The habanero sauce is amazing. A little much on the spicy side. The boneless chicken wings were par at best. Love how many veggie toppings they have. Thanks !

Terrible delivery service! So after dealing with a dominos that was a whole whopping 4 miles away from me and getting turned down for delivery. I figured i’d try the one that was 4.7 miles away, and after telling them about getting turned down the manager rudely told me that no one delivers to my area and told me i am sh*t out of luck. 1.) How is this even possible? There are 2 dominos in my area and no one is responsible for delivering here?! 2.) How F’d up do you have to be to turn down a customer these days? I can answer both those questions easily. Pure and utter LAZINESS. No one goes out of there way for no one anymore and it makes me sick to my stomach. This type of bad business is what causes businesses to go under, and although it hurts me now, this type of attitude WILL hurt you twice as hard in the future. I guess from now on ill take my money elsewhere. And to all you who read this, i’d take your $$$ somewhere else as well. Another disappointing business that will soon go bankrupt. Thanks for nothing Dominos, you really showed your true colors today. *******OHANDFYI, I CALLEDPIZZAHUT(ALSO4MILESAWAY), THEYBROUGHTME $ 40WORTHOFFOODAND I GAVETHEDRIVER $ 20TIP, NOJOKE********

I was tired and beat up after an extremely long day of organizing a charity event(that no one from Unilocal showed up at, THANKSYEEPS!) and automotive thing. As we were breaking down the event The Wife needed to get the Tax Deduction back home, I yelled after her, «Hey, I didn’t eat anything all day, what do you want to do for dinner?» She says back to me, «Pick something up on the way home.» Yeah, sure, I’m on it, Dear. A half hour later I poured my tired ass into my car and started heading home thinking about what I could possibly get to bring home on a Sunday night, past 9pm, in Vancouver that we would like. Home is getting closer and I am clueless. I am running places through my mind, killing off each for whatever reason, Burger King… no; Muchas Gracias… maybe; Subway… nah… And then I drive past a Dominos Pizza and a word catches my eye… «wings». Well heck, we love wings and in my tired, brain addled state I decide that I need to look at this closer, so I flip a completely illegal U-turn and go back. Turns out it was a pretty good deal with a two topping pizza and wings. Done. I ordered it and waiting. I text The Wife and just typed«pizza and wings, deal with it.» I haven’t tried Domino’s in a long time and I had to admit that as I waited there for them to manufacture a dinner for my family the menu and the new items stunned me. Well, new to me, anyway. Seems as though somewhere along the way Domino’s had a Joan Rivers sized facelift and I failed to notice. Just then two steaming hot cardboard containers in a bag were handed over and I pointed the car toward home. Man, did the car smell good! I arrived home to a rousing greeting from the two dogs and the bipeds in the family and we sat down to devour dinner. Yeah, I mean it’s certainly not Amalfi’s or some small pizza place quality, but for Domino’s it was all pretty darn edible. The wings were pretty spicy, so when they say«hot», believe it, but the size of them were good and they had good taste. So it seems I have rediscovered an old friend who had some work done, and it was agreeable to all parties. our dogs, who got the crusts.

So, this isn’t my favorite pizza but the fiancé really likes it. I figured I’d split the difference, give it 3 stars and write a quick review. The new crust that’s like a year old now is pretty good. It’s really buttery with a garlic flavor, and for being a hand-tossed style crust isn’t too thick or thin. The toppings are still very scarce, but the sauce is better now. It is a savory tasting sauce, as opposed to most pizza chains that use a very sweet tomato sauce on their pizzas. We have also tried the chicken wings twice now, don’t waste your time on these. They are always soggy, drowning in sauce. Just not great for almost a dollar a wing. This location offers lots of great carry-out specials. If you add them on Facebook, they will let you know about really cheap large pizza specials. It’s a great way to feed your kids, or a party, for cheap.
