The staff seem to be helpful and reasonably knowledgable. Pretty well stocked with the essentials and gear at several price points. It would be nice if they had better quality/​selection of accessories,

I will never be back. The customer service at this location is horrible. Hassle free return WITH a receipt was not hassle free. It bordered on harassment. He specifically looked to see where my boyfriend was (at the back of the store) before he leaned across the counter and said, «I. Can’t. Help. You. «while giving me a nasty look. Definitely will be calling the company directly. The manager at this location is extremely rude. I have been told this by many people, in fact they will all drive to Oregon to go to that location inside.
Update: I called the company the same day I posted this. They said a district manager would be calling me. No call. Even after calling again I was told to expect a call. Still nothing.

These guys are great. I was looking at different helmets and doing some research since I am new to riding. The employees went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of… even after I told them I was a total noob. Walked away well informed and they seem to have my best interest. Knowledgeable, helpful and affordable, hard to beat that.

At least the employees acknowledge you when you walkin the door, unlike pro caliber. Good selection of gear, prices are a little high. But friendly staff, plus i like eating at the ABC buffet next door, always a bonus!

The people in this store have always been very helpful (Vancouver). Some of the products are lower quality but the prices are very good. I just had a mild crash at PIR and the Cycle Gear house brand leather jacket and pants protected me well. They are about 5 years old.
Tire prices are frequently quite good.

Terrible service. When I inquired about a large helmet the person suggested that I put my head in a lathe and have it turned down. I not only didn’t find it as amusing as he did I was quite annoyed. Don’t waste your time. The employees aren’t really interested in doing anything except stand around and collect a paycheck.

The same shopping experience that you’ll receive at all the Cycle Gears. Great equipment at good prices.
The one difference is the shop leader Brian goes out of his way to ensure you’re taken care of. On my trip there he had to mount tires and made sure that I got all the coupons and discounts coming to me.
The staff here made me feel very supported.
